【摘要】：將立式水泵機(jī)組軸系結(jié)構(gòu)簡化為三支承二圓盤的集中參數(shù)模型,建立了電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子和水泵轉(zhuǎn)輪形心軌跡的運(yùn)動(dòng)方程,進(jìn)而獲得穩(wěn)態(tài)下形心軌跡的解析表達(dá)式.利用水泵機(jī)組無水啟動(dòng)試驗(yàn)的特殊性和近似處理,給出了電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子和水泵轉(zhuǎn)輪固有頻率和阻尼比的計(jì)算方法.以某泵站無水啟動(dòng)的軸系擺度實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)為例,根據(jù)軸系幾何結(jié)構(gòu)擬合軸系擺度形態(tài),結(jié)合多轉(zhuǎn)速下的測試數(shù)據(jù),采用多項(xiàng)式擬合方法獲得轉(zhuǎn)子和轉(zhuǎn)輪擺度數(shù)據(jù).利用擬合得到的轉(zhuǎn)子和轉(zhuǎn)輪擺度數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算水泵機(jī)組軸系特征參數(shù),并對(duì)計(jì)算中的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了分析說明.采用文中所提出的方法,可計(jì)算得到水泵轉(zhuǎn)輪和電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的固有頻率轉(zhuǎn)速、阻尼比和質(zhì)量偏心等振動(dòng)特征參數(shù),且計(jì)算結(jié)果具有一定的數(shù)值穩(wěn)定性.由于采用實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,所獲得的振動(dòng)特征參數(shù)包含了安裝、調(diào)試等不確定性因素的影響,對(duì)于已安裝運(yùn)行的水泵機(jī)組振動(dòng)研究具有參考價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:The shafting structure of a vertical pump unit is simplified as a lumped parameter model with three supports and two disks, and the motion equations of the centroid locus of the motor rotor and the pump runner are established, and the analytical expression of the centroid trajectory under steady state is obtained. Based on the particularity and approximate treatment of water-free start-up test of water pump unit, the calculation method of natural frequency and damping ratio of motor rotor and pump runner is given. Taking the measured shafting data of a pump station as an example, according to the shafting geometry structure fitting shafting form, combining with the test data under multi-rotation speed, the data of rotor and runner pendulum are obtained by polynomial fitting method. The characteristic parameters of water pump unit shafting are calculated by using the data of rotor and runner pendulum, and the related problems in calculation are analyzed and explained. The vibration characteristic parameters such as natural frequency speed damping ratio and mass eccentricity of the pump runner and motor rotor can be calculated by using the method presented in this paper. The calculated results have certain numerical stability. Because the measured data are used to calculate, the vibration characteristic parameters obtained include the influence of uncertain factors such as installation and debugging, which is of reference value for the vibration research of the pump units that have been installed and run.
