面向設(shè)備維修的備件庫(kù)存控制研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,制造型企業(yè)對(duì)生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化的熱情迅速升溫,對(duì)機(jī)器設(shè)備的依賴(lài)越來(lái)越大,對(duì)機(jī)器設(shè)備的管理要求越來(lái)越嚴(yán)苛。高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的機(jī)器設(shè)備需保養(yǎng)與維護(hù),老舊零件需及時(shí)更新替換,為此企業(yè)需要儲(chǔ)備充足的設(shè)備維修備件。但從企業(yè)整體運(yùn)營(yíng)的角度考慮,備件庫(kù)存不僅要滿足設(shè)備維修的需求,保證生產(chǎn)順利進(jìn)行,也要節(jié)約庫(kù)存成本,降低庫(kù)存數(shù)量,保證企業(yè)資金流動(dòng)。因此,設(shè)備維修的備件庫(kù)存控制研究已逐漸成為許多學(xué)者和企業(yè)人重要的研究方向。本文以B公司動(dòng)力總成工廠發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)總裝生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備維修的備件為研究對(duì)象,首先基于80/20法則以備件歷史需求頻次為分類(lèi)準(zhǔn)則,將現(xiàn)有備件分為確定型消耗備件和隨機(jī)型消耗備件。采用泊松分布方法預(yù)測(cè)隨機(jī)型消耗備件需求,求出需求量所對(duì)應(yīng)的需求概率。應(yīng)用(s,S)的訂貨策略,以隨機(jī)型消耗備件庫(kù)存成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),服務(wù)水平為約束條件,構(gòu)建隨機(jī)型最優(yōu)庫(kù)存控制模型,利用馬爾可夫狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移矩陣求解最優(yōu)訂貨點(diǎn)s和最大庫(kù)存值S,并通過(guò)編程實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)學(xué)模型的求解。其次,以發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)總裝生產(chǎn)線總裝工段設(shè)備維修備件為例,求解部分備件最優(yōu)訂貨點(diǎn)s和最大庫(kù)存值S,與原有庫(kù)存總成本對(duì)比,表明本文方法可在保證服務(wù)水平為約束條件下顯著降低庫(kù)存成本,在備件庫(kù)存控制方面具有顯著的效益提升。最后,結(jié)合設(shè)備維修模式改善設(shè)備維修備件庫(kù)存管理模式,改善設(shè)備維修備件庫(kù)存管理流程,提出改善后的設(shè)備維修備件管理要求,為未來(lái)設(shè)備維修備件庫(kù)存控制系統(tǒng)化操作和在B公司內(nèi)部的其他備件管理部門(mén)推廣奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the enthusiasm of manufacturing enterprises for production automation is rising rapidly, the dependence on machinery and equipment is becoming more and more heavy, and the management requirements of machinery and equipment are becoming more and more stringent. High-speed running machinery and equipment need to be maintained, old parts need to be updated and replaced in time, enterprises need to reserve sufficient equipment maintenance spare parts. But from the point of view of the whole operation of the enterprise, spare parts inventory should not only meet the requirement of equipment maintenance and ensure the smooth production, but also save the cost of inventory, reduce the quantity of inventory, and ensure the capital flow of the enterprise. Therefore, the research of spare parts inventory control in equipment maintenance has gradually become an important research direction for many scholars and enterprises. In this paper, the spare parts of engine assembly line equipment maintenance in powertrain factory of B Company are taken as the research object. Firstly, based on the 80 / 20 rule, the frequency of spare parts' historical demand is taken as the classification criterion. The existing spare parts are divided into certain consumption spare parts and random consumption spare parts. Poisson distribution method is used to predict the demand of random consumption spare parts and the corresponding demand probability is obtained. Based on the (sans) ordering strategy, the stochastic optimal inventory control model is constructed with the objective function of minimum inventory cost of spare parts consumed by random type and the level of service as the constraint condition. The Markov state transition matrix is used to solve the optimal ordering point s and the maximum inventory value S, and the mathematical model is solved by programming. Secondly, taking the spare parts of the assembly section of the engine assembly line as an example, the optimal ordering point s and the maximum inventory value S of some spare parts are solved, which is compared with the total cost of the original inventory. The results show that the proposed method can significantly reduce the inventory cost and improve the efficiency of spare parts inventory control under the constraint of service level. Finally, combined with the equipment maintenance mode to improve the equipment maintenance spare parts inventory management mode, improve the equipment maintenance spare parts inventory management process, put forward the improved equipment maintenance spare parts management requirements, For the future equipment maintenance spare parts inventory control systematization operation and other spare parts management within company B to promote the foundation.
