軸封型核主泵軸向力計(jì)算方法及標(biāo)定研究

【摘要】:軸封型核主泵是核電站一回路系統(tǒng)中唯一的旋轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)備,屬于高溫、高壓、受核輻照的壓力邊界一級(jí)設(shè)備。由于系統(tǒng)壓力大,轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)所承受的軸向載荷也大,軸向載荷能否精確確定影響轉(zhuǎn)子各個(gè)零部件的設(shè)計(jì)分析和設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā),油潤(rùn)滑推力軸承提供很重要的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)參數(shù)。本文通過舉例,根據(jù)核主泵在電站系統(tǒng)中運(yùn)行期間的載荷變化,計(jì)算核主泵轉(zhuǎn)子軸向力,并在水力模型裝置上設(shè)置力傳感器,驗(yàn)證計(jì)算方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:The shaft seal nuclear main pump is the only rotating equipment in the primary circuit system of nuclear power station. It belongs to the pressure boundary primary equipment of high temperature, high pressure and nuclear irradiation. Because of the high pressure of the system, the axial load on the rotor system is also large. Whether the axial load can accurately determine the design, analysis and development of the parts and components of the rotor, the oil-lubricated thrust bearing provides very important design technical parameters. In this paper, the axial force of the rotor of the nuclear main pump is calculated according to the load variation during the operation of the nuclear main pump in the power station system by an example, and the force sensor is installed on the hydraulic model device to verify the correctness of the calculation method.
