不同支鏈初始相位的三維并聯(lián)篩分性能研究

【摘要】:并聯(lián)振動篩因可實現(xiàn)多維振動、利于物料高效篩分而應用前景廣泛,為提高并聯(lián)振動篩分性能,首先提出了具有不同初始相位的三維并聯(lián)振動篩模型并進行了運動學分析,利用EDEM軟件開展了三維并聯(lián)振動篩分的初始相位單因素仿真,再通過臺架試驗對仿真結果進行了驗證分析,并開展了多因素正交試驗分析了各因素對性能指標的影響主次順序和較優(yōu)因素組合。研究結果表明:同等條件的臺架試驗與仿真結果基本一致,在其他條件不變時,篩分籽粒量隨X方向初始相位的增大而先增后降,且X方向初始相位為45°時含雜量最多;Z方向初始相位為90°時篩分籽粒量最低,含雜量隨著Z方向初始相位的增大而先增后降;Y方向初始相位在30°和60°時篩分籽粒量較高,在60°時含雜量低于其他水平且差異明顯;正交試驗得出各因素影響篩分效率的主次順序依次為:X方向振幅、Y方向振幅、Z方向初始相位、X方向初始相位、Y方向初始相位、Z方向振幅,各因素影響含雜率的主次順序依次為:Z方向振幅、Y方向振幅、X方向振幅、X方向初始相位、Z方向初始相位、Y方向初始相位,采用最佳組合參數(shù)后篩分效率提高了62.02%,含雜率降低了53.85%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the performance of parallel vibrating screen, a three-dimensional parallel vibrating screen model with different initial phases is proposed and kinematic analysis is carried out. Using EDEM software, the initial phase single factor simulation of 3D parallel vibrating screen is carried out, and the simulation results are verified and analyzed by bench test. Multi-factor orthogonal test was carried out to analyze the influence of each factor on the performance index, and the order of primary and secondary factors and the combination of better factors were analyzed. The results show that the results of the bench test under the same conditions are basically consistent with the simulation results. When the other conditions are not changed, the amount of sieve grain increases first and then decreases with the increase of the initial phase in the X direction. When the initial phase of X direction is 45 擄, the grain quantity is the lowest when the initial phase of Z direction is 90 擄, and the grain quantity is higher when the initial phase of X direction is 45 擄and the initial phase of Z direction is 90 擄, then the initial phase of decreasing Y direction is 30 擄and 60 擄. At 60 擄, the content of impurity is lower than other levels and the difference is obvious. The orthogonal test shows that the primary and secondary order of the factors affecting screening efficiency is: X direction amplitude, Y direction amplitude, Z direction initial phase, X direction initial phase and Y direction initial phase and Z direction amplitude, The primary and secondary order of each factor affecting the impurity content is in the order of: Z direction amplitude and Y direction amplitude and X direction amplitude X direction initial phase X direction initial phase and Z direction initial phase and Y direction initial phase. The screening efficiency is increased by 62.02 and the impurity ratio is reduced by 53.85.
