【摘要】:斜盤是軸向柱塞馬達(dá)的重要部件,支撐著滑靴推動柱塞作軸向運動對缸體柱塞孔內(nèi)的液體做功,對于柱塞馬達(dá)可變?nèi)莘e的形成來說是不可缺少的。雙側(cè)驅(qū)動軸向柱塞馬達(dá)的新型斜盤機(jī)構(gòu)具有優(yōu)于普通斜盤的受力情況,但結(jié)構(gòu)更為復(fù)雜,對其具體特性需進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究。新型斜盤具有多斜面結(jié)構(gòu),且每個斜面的最大外徑應(yīng)能夠保證所對應(yīng)滑靴的底面與斜盤相接觸。分析柱塞及滑靴在斜盤上的運動規(guī)律,并以此確定斜盤各斜面的最小幾何尺寸;繪制斜盤結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸示意圖,根據(jù)柱塞、滑靴、轉(zhuǎn)動軸等相關(guān)尺寸關(guān)系,給出斜盤各斜面邊界的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式,并通過計算實例進(jìn)行說明。在對新型斜盤進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,對其承受的來自柱塞與滑靴組件的作用力矩、摩擦力矩以及斜盤本身存在的偏心力矩進(jìn)行具體分析并給出計算公式。在不考慮外部因素如驅(qū)動壓力、流量脈動、泄漏量等的影響,只考慮配流盤結(jié)構(gòu)形式對液壓力所引起的斜盤與缸體之間的作用力與力矩的影響時,對扭矩特性進(jìn)行更深入的分析,給出理想情況、只考慮三角槽、考慮三角槽及閉死角三種瞬態(tài)扭矩計算公式,利用MATLAB分析每排柱塞數(shù)均為奇數(shù)或偶數(shù)時的扭矩特性,并分析閉死角對扭矩特性的影響。利用AMESim對雙側(cè)驅(qū)動軸向柱塞馬達(dá)進(jìn)行液壓建模,并根據(jù)MATLAB仿真分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行模型參數(shù)設(shè)置,同時建立普通軸向柱塞馬達(dá)系統(tǒng)仿真模型,對兩者啟動特性進(jìn)行對比分析。在了解雙側(cè)驅(qū)動軸向柱塞馬達(dá)啟動特性的基礎(chǔ)上,從不同排量比、不同排量、不同負(fù)載慣量三個方面對啟動時斜盤機(jī)構(gòu)處的力矩響應(yīng)進(jìn)行仿真分析。論文對斜盤機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、力矩分析及啟動特性進(jìn)行了分析,研究結(jié)果對雙側(cè)驅(qū)動軸向柱塞馬達(dá)整體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計與性能優(yōu)化提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The inclined disk is an important part of axial plunger motor. It is indispensable for the formation of variable volume of plunger motor to support the sliding boots to push the plunger to perform work on the liquid in the plunger hole of the cylinder block. The new type of inclined disk mechanism which drives axial plunger motor on both sides is superior to the common one, but the structure is more complicated, so it is necessary to study the specific characteristics of the mechanism. The new type of inclined disk has a multi-plane structure, and the maximum external diameter of each inclined plane should be able to ensure that the bottom surface of the corresponding slide shoe is in contact with the inclined disk. The movement law of plunger and slipper on the skew disk is analyzed, and the minimum geometric dimension of each inclined plane of the inclined disk is determined, and the schematic diagram of the structural dimension of the disc is drawn, according to the relative dimensions of plunger, slipper, rotating shaft, etc. The mathematical expressions of each slope boundary of the skew plate are given, and the calculation examples are given. Based on the structural design of the new type of inclined disc, the acting torque, friction moment and eccentricity moment from the plunger and slipper assembly are analyzed in detail and the calculation formula is given. Without considering the influence of external factors such as driving pressure, flow pulsation, leakage, etc., only considering the influence of the structure of the distribution disc on the force and torque between the inclined disk and the cylinder caused by the liquid pressure, In this paper, the torque characteristic is analyzed more deeply, and the ideal condition is given. Considering only triangular slot, triangle groove and closed dead angle, the torque characteristic of every row of plunger is analyzed by MATLAB when the number of plunger is odd or even. The influence of closed dead angle on torque characteristic is analyzed. The hydraulic modeling of the axial piston motor driven by two sides is carried out by using AMESim, and the parameters of the model are set up according to the simulation results of MATLAB. At the same time, the simulation model of the common axial plunger motor system is established, and the startup characteristics of the two motors are compared and analyzed. On the basis of understanding the starting characteristics of the axial piston motor driven by two sides, the torque response of the tilting disk mechanism is simulated and analyzed from three aspects: different displacement ratio, different displacement quantity and different load inertia. In this paper, the structural design, torque analysis and starting characteristics of the skew disk mechanism are analyzed. The results provide a reference for the design and performance optimization of the axial piston motor driven by two sides.
