基于RMS特性的RV減速器的故障防控分析

【摘要】:以RV減速器為研究對(duì)象,其可靠性、維修性和保障性(RMS)指標(biāo)嚴(yán)重制約著其后期使用的性能,因此,提出了基于故障防控為中心的一體化設(shè)計(jì)。利用故障樹(shù)分析RV減速器故障機(jī)制,根據(jù)其故障需求,建立RV減速器故障模型。借鑒一體化分析功能建模的方法,經(jīng)過(guò)各個(gè)性能指標(biāo)之間的協(xié)調(diào)和權(quán)衡,完善了RMS分析步驟;诠收戏揽氐腞MS平臺(tái)的運(yùn)用,為RV減速器故障的診斷、防控和檢測(cè)提供了一種高效的分析方法,也為RV減速器的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:Taking RV reducer as the research object, its reliability, maintainability and supportability of RMS seriously restrict its later performance. Therefore, an integrated design based on fault prevention and control is proposed. The fault mechanism of RV reducer is analyzed by fault tree, and the fault model of RV reducer is established according to its fault requirement. By using the method of integrated analysis function modeling, the RMS analysis step is perfected through the coordination and tradeoff among various performance indexes. The application of RMS platform based on fault prevention and control provides an efficient analysis method for fault diagnosis, prevention and control and detection of RV reducer, and also provides technical support for optimal design of RV reducer.
