可變功能機械功能設(shè)計及功能轉(zhuǎn)換過程研究

【摘要】:可變功能機械產(chǎn)品相對于一般同類型的機械產(chǎn)品有比較明顯的優(yōu)勢,如適用范圍廣、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、功能可拓展,因此進行可變功能機械產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計,或者對一般的機械產(chǎn)品進行可變功能設(shè)計,均具有較為重要的研究價值。目前相關(guān)工作還較少。本文從兩個方面開展研究,其一是對機械產(chǎn)品的功能模塊劃分、功能結(jié)構(gòu)相似性進行了分析探討,以輔助實現(xiàn)可變功能設(shè)計機械產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計開發(fā);其二是對可變功能產(chǎn)品的拆卸與裝配順序進行了研究,為實現(xiàn)可變功能機械產(chǎn)品的高效功能轉(zhuǎn)換提供參考。具體包括:首先,對功能、功能分類及功能分解進行了介紹,并將功能分為分支功能、導(dǎo)向功能、連接功能、控制大小功能、轉(zhuǎn)換功能、供應(yīng)功能、信號功能、支持功能等八大類。然后介紹了功能鏈的創(chuàng)建及組合方法,并結(jié)合有向圖,將建立的功能結(jié)構(gòu)模型轉(zhuǎn)換為賦權(quán)有向圖,得到功能結(jié)構(gòu)模塊的可達性矩陣,通過可達性矩陣得到各鏈的可達性,從而判斷功能模塊的組成。通過實例驗證了所提出的方法。其次,通過綜合已有的概念設(shè)計方法,結(jié)合可變功能的性質(zhì),給出了一種適用于可變功能機械的功能設(shè)計方法。通過產(chǎn)品的功能結(jié)構(gòu)、功能模塊分析比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同產(chǎn)品在不同程度上都具有一定的相似性,并進而給出了功能相似性的定義。借助層次分析法的思想建立了功能相似度評價模型,用來評價產(chǎn)品的相似性程度。以電風(fēng)扇與吹風(fēng)機為例來驗證上述方法,最終得到的綜合評價結(jié)果驗證了功能相似性定量描述的可行性,并且以兩產(chǎn)品各對應(yīng)功能模塊的相似度為可變功能產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計開發(fā)提供了一定的設(shè)計判斷與決策依據(jù)。最后,為了更加快速、高效地實現(xiàn)可變功能機械各功能之間的轉(zhuǎn)換,對該轉(zhuǎn)換過程中涉及的零件拆卸-裝配序列進行了研究。通過子拆卸體識別來降低生成拆卸序列的復(fù)雜性,用零部件支撐矩陣以確保拆卸穩(wěn)定性。提出基于多方向路徑判斷方法的改進干涉矩陣和基于包圍盒-投影干涉檢測生成的集合干涉矩陣。然后,基于改進干涉矩陣,通過信息搜索、矩陣簡化方法獲取拆卸序列;基于集合干涉矩陣,借助遺傳算法獲取優(yōu)化拆卸序列。兩種方法均用實例驗證了可行性。
[Abstract]:The variable function mechanical products have obvious advantages over the general mechanical products of the same type, such as wide range of application, compact structure and extensible functions, so the innovative design of variable function mechanical products is carried out. Or to the general mechanical product variable function design, all have the more important research value. At present, the relevant work is still relatively small. In this paper, two aspects of research are carried out. One is to analyze and discuss the functional module division and the similarity of functional structure of mechanical products in order to realize the design and development of mechanical products with variable function. The second is to study the disassembly and assembly sequence of variable function products, which provides a reference for the realization of efficient functional conversion of variable function mechanical products. It includes: firstly, the function, function classification and function decomposition are introduced, and the functions are divided into branch function, guide function, connection function, control function, conversion function, supply function, signal function. Support functions and other eight categories. Then, the creation and combination method of functional chain are introduced, and the function structure model is transformed into weighted directed graph, and the reachability matrix of functional structure module is obtained, and the reachability of each chain is obtained by reachability matrix. Thus the composition of the function module is judged. An example is given to verify the proposed method. Secondly, by synthesizing the existing conceptual design methods and combining the properties of variable functions, a functional design method suitable for variable function machinery is presented. Through the analysis and comparison of the function structure and function module of the product, it is found that different products have certain similarity in different degree, and the definition of function similarity is given. The function similarity evaluation model is established with the idea of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which is used to evaluate the similarity degree of products. Taking electric fans and hair dryers as examples to verify the above methods, the final comprehensive evaluation results verify the feasibility of quantitative description of functional similarity. And the similarity of each functional module of the two products provides a certain basis for the design and decision of the variable function product design and development. Finally, in order to realize the conversion between the functions of the variable function machinery more quickly and efficiently, the disassembly and assembly sequence of the parts involved in the conversion process is studied. The complexity of generating disassembly sequence is reduced by subdisassembly recognition, and the component support matrix is used to ensure the disassembly stability. An improved interference matrix based on multidirectional path judgment and a set interference matrix based on bounding box and projection interferometric detection are proposed. Then, based on the improved interference matrix, the disassembly sequence is obtained by the method of information searching, and the optimal disassembly sequence is obtained by genetic algorithm based on the set interference matrix. The feasibility of both methods is verified by an example.
