【摘要】：新型小徑木通用平托盤(pán)是一種用森林低質(zhì)資源小徑木材及廢棄木材為原材料制成的綠色環(huán)保型托盤(pán),是一種應(yīng)用前景廣闊的托盤(pán),但對(duì)于小徑木托盤(pán)的設(shè)計(jì)理論研究還較少。本研究運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)理論,建立小徑木通用平托盤(pán)在均布載荷及集中載荷不同作業(yè)情況下的力學(xué)模型,進(jìn)行抗彎力學(xué)性能理論分析得出小徑木通用平托盤(pán)的彎曲強(qiáng)度與彎曲剛度條件,提出小徑木通用平托盤(pán)的尺寸與托盤(pán)承載性能關(guān)系的設(shè)計(jì)模型。為新型小徑木通用平托盤(pán)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化推廣提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The new general flat tray of small diameter wood is a kind of green environmental protection pallet made of forest low quality resource small diameter wood and waste wood as raw material. It is a kind of pallet with broad application prospect, but the design theory of small diameter wood tray is still less studied. Based on the theory of structural mechanics, the mechanical model of the general flat tray of small diameter wood under different conditions of uniform load and concentrated load is established in this study. The bending strength and bending stiffness of the universal flat tray of small diameter wood are obtained by theoretical analysis of the bending mechanical properties. The design model of the relationship between the size of the flat tray and the bearing capacity of the tray is put forward. It provides the theoretical basis for the industrialization popularization of the new type of general flat tray of small diameter wood.
