不同進(jìn)氣方式下氣力提升泵水力特性理論模型與驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:為了深入研究氣力提升泵的提升性能,該文首先進(jìn)行了理論分析,建立了適用于不同進(jìn)氣方式的氣力提升模型。同時(shí)通過(guò)改變進(jìn)氣面積與氣孔分布方式進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與理論分析結(jié)果吻合較好,該模型在一定范圍內(nèi)能夠較好地預(yù)測(cè)提升泵的提升流量;并且根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步分析了不同進(jìn)氣方式對(duì)氣力提升泵的液體提升量與提升效率的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:首先,7 mm方形噴嘴進(jìn)氣方式下,隨著氣流量的增加,提升液體流量先較快增加,之后上升趨勢(shì)逐漸變緩,提升效率先迅速升高,達(dá)到峰值后又下降,而沉浸比升高會(huì)使峰值效率提高。其次,沉浸比為0.5時(shí),不同進(jìn)氣面積下,較小的進(jìn)氣面積導(dǎo)致提升效率降低;在相同進(jìn)氣面積下,不同的氣孔排布方式對(duì)提升液體流量與提升效率的影響并不明顯。再次,當(dāng)管內(nèi)流型接近彈狀流型時(shí),提升效率較高,穩(wěn)定性較好;在環(huán)狀流下,提升泵的效率最低,穩(wěn)定性差。
[Abstract]:In order to further study the lifting performance of the pneumatic lifting pump, the paper first carried out a theoretical analysis and established a model of air lift for different air intake modes. At the same time, the experimental study was carried out by changing the air inlet area and the distribution mode of the air hole. The experimental results were better kissed with the theoretical analysis, and the model could be better in a certain range. According to the test results, the effect of different intake modes on the liquid lift and lifting efficiency of the air lift pump is further analyzed. The results show that, first, the 7 mm square nozzle intake mode, with the increase of gas flow, the increase of the liquid flow rate first increases, and then the rising trend gradually changes. In addition, when immersion ratio is 0.5, the smaller air intake area can reduce the efficiency of lifting, and the effect of different air hole arrangement on the increase of liquid flow and efficiency is not affected by the same intake area. Obviously, when the flow pattern of the pipe is close to the slug flow pattern, the lifting efficiency is higher and the stability is better. Under the annular flow, the lifting pump has the lowest efficiency and the stability is poor.
