【摘要】：外齒環(huán)板是內(nèi)平動(dòng)齒輪減速器的關(guān)鍵傳動(dòng)部件,其強(qiáng)度性能直接關(guān)系到整機(jī)的動(dòng)態(tài)性能。針對新型的三軸對稱式三環(huán)內(nèi)平動(dòng)齒輪減速器,對其基本結(jié)構(gòu)和傳動(dòng)原理進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合靜力矩平衡條件和變形協(xié)調(diào)方程分析外齒板軸承載荷;針對10種不同工況對外齒環(huán)板進(jìn)行了有限元靜態(tài)分析和模態(tài)分析,為進(jìn)一步探討內(nèi)平動(dòng)減速器廣泛實(shí)用性提供理論依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明,外齒環(huán)板軸承載荷平穩(wěn),運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)沒有死點(diǎn);外齒環(huán)板應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度滿足要求;且能避開共振區(qū),可以正常工作。
[Abstract]:The outer gear ring plate is the key driving part of the internal translational gear reducer, and its strength performance is directly related to the dynamic performance of the whole machine. Based on the analysis of the basic structure and transmission principle of a new triaxial symmetrical triaxial internal translational gear reducer, the load of external gear plate bearing is analyzed in combination with the static moment balance condition and deformation coordination equation. Finite element static analysis and modal analysis are carried out for 10 kinds of external gear ring plates under different working conditions, which provide theoretical basis for further discussion on the wide practicability of internal translational reducer. The results show that the load of the outer ring plate bearing is stable and there is no dead point in operation; the stress intensity of the outer ring plate meets the requirements; and it can avoid the resonance region and can work normally.
