【摘要】:針對一舊的速降裝置存在諸多技術(shù)缺陷,設(shè)計一新的基于鋼索的速降裝置,分析其工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)特點,進(jìn)行力學(xué)建模,給出安全性計算公式并進(jìn)行校核,針對可能存在的安全隱患進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和進(jìn)一步校核,確定改進(jìn)方向。該新裝置的特點是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、重量輕、制動力大、操作方便、制造工藝性好。
[Abstract]:In view of the many technical defects of an old speed drop device, a new speed drop device based on steel cable is designed. The working principle and structure characteristics of the device are analyzed, the mechanical modeling is carried out, and the safety calculation formula is given and checked. To improve and further check the potential safety risks, determine the direction of improvement. The new device is characterized by simple structure, light weight, large braking force, convenient operation and good manufacturing process.
