帶式輸送機(jī)用直線電機(jī)靜動(dòng)態(tài)特性試驗(yàn)與分析

【摘要】:多機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)在輸送裝備實(shí)現(xiàn)高速、長(zhǎng)距離、大運(yùn)量等方面起著至關(guān)重要的作用。直線電機(jī)因其具有不存在摩擦、無(wú)旋轉(zhuǎn)傳動(dòng)部件、能夠沿輸送機(jī)長(zhǎng)度方向任意布置和降低輸送帶張力等特點(diǎn)而成為特殊高性能帶式輸送機(jī)較理想的中間驅(qū)動(dòng)方式。通過(guò)分析直線電機(jī)的工作原理,對(duì)直線電機(jī)與旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比較;針對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)用直線電機(jī),對(duì)比確定了其次級(jí)型式,并進(jìn)行了次級(jí)輸送帶結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);基于封閉式散料儲(chǔ)運(yùn)物料試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)建立了靜動(dòng)態(tài)特性試驗(yàn)臺(tái),并運(yùn)用歐拉公式及逐點(diǎn)張力法求得直線電機(jī)推力(輸送帶張力差),進(jìn)而分別對(duì)電壓、氣隙與推力之間的比例關(guān)系進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,并間接進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)試驗(yàn)(機(jī)械特性試驗(yàn)),得到了推力關(guān)于輸送帶速度的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式;基于Belt Analyst帶式輸送機(jī)計(jì)算分析軟件,對(duì)輸送帶穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行及啟動(dòng)過(guò)程的張力進(jìn)行了仿真分析,并與試驗(yàn)張力進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:推力分別與電壓平方、氣隙倒數(shù)的平方成正比;電壓、氣隙與推力之間的理論曲線與試驗(yàn)值相符;直線電機(jī)的推力與輸入功率的比值較大,并隨著氣隙的減小,比值越來(lái)越大;與旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)相比,此直線電機(jī)無(wú)臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,并顯示出很軟的機(jī)械特性;穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行時(shí)張力的仿真值與試驗(yàn)值基本吻合,其相對(duì)誤差均小于2%,但啟動(dòng)過(guò)程中張力試驗(yàn)值與仿真值誤差較大,間接表明保證啟動(dòng)過(guò)程氣隙均勻的重要性。研究結(jié)果可適用于多機(jī)配合驅(qū)動(dòng)超長(zhǎng)距離帶式輸送機(jī)的改進(jìn)與實(shí)際應(yīng)用中。
[Abstract]:Multi machine drive plays an important role in the transmission equipment to realize high speed, long distance and large capacity. The linear motor has the characteristics that it has no friction, no rotating transmission parts, can arrange and reduce the tension of conveyor belt along the length direction of the conveyor, and becomes the ideal intermediate driver for the special high performance belt conveyor. By analyzing the working principle of the linear motor, the advantages and disadvantages of the linear motor and the rotating motor are compared. In view of the linear motor of the belt conveyor, the secondary type is determined by contrast, and the structure of the secondary conveyer belt is designed. The static and dynamic characteristic test platform based on the closed material storage and transportation material test system is set up, and the application of the static and dynamic characteristic test platform is established. The Euler formula and point by point tension method are used to obtain the thrust of the linear motor (the differential tension of the conveyer belt), and then the proportional relation between the voltage, the air gap and the thrust is tested respectively, and the dynamic test (mechanical characteristic test) is carried out indirectly, and the mathematical expression of the thrust on the speed of the conveyer belt is obtained; based on the Belt Analyst belt conveyor meter, The analysis software is used to simulate the tension of the stable operation and starting process of the conveyer belt, and compared with the test tension. The test results show that the thrust is directly proportional to the square of the voltage and the square of the air gap reciprocal; the theoretical curve between the voltage, the air gap and the thrust is in agreement with the test value; the thrust and the input work of the linear motor are the same. The ratio of the rate is larger and the ratio is increasing with the decrease of the air gap. Compared with the rotating motor, the linear motor has no critical speed, and shows a very soft mechanical characteristic. The simulation value of the tension is basically consistent with the test value, and the relative error is less than 2%, but the error of the tension test and the simulation value is larger than that in the starting process. It shows the importance of ensuring the uniform air gap in the start-up process. The research results can be applied to the improvement and practical application of the multi machine driven ultra long distance belt conveyor.
