準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)工況下漸開線直齒輪齒面磨損建模與分析

【摘要】:根據(jù)Hertz理論和Archard磨損公式,建立面向真實(shí)工況的直齒圓柱齒輪準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)磨損模型,并對(duì)其齒面磨損特性進(jìn)行了數(shù)值仿真。計(jì)算表明,理想工況下直齒輪副齒面沿齒寬方向均勻磨損,其在節(jié)圓附近的磨損量最小,而在小齒輪靠近齒根部位的磨損量最大;當(dāng)存在嚙合偏差時(shí),齒面磨損深度沿齒向不再均布。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了負(fù)載工況和磨損循環(huán)次數(shù)對(duì)齒面磨損量的影響。分析表明,負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩和循環(huán)次數(shù)對(duì)齒面磨損量影響顯著,近似呈指數(shù)映射關(guān)系。當(dāng)以減磨延壽為齒輪設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)時(shí),必須計(jì)入負(fù)載工況和齒輪役期的影響。最后,分析了齒輪嚙合偏差和微觀修形對(duì)齒面磨損量的影響。研究表明,從改善齒面載荷分布和減緩齒面磨損角度考量,應(yīng)嚴(yán)控齒輪嚙合偏差量,并可通過(guò)制定合適的齒面修形策略來(lái)減緩齒面磨損失效。
[Abstract]:According to Hertz's theory and Archard's wear formula, a quasi-static wear model of spur cylindrical gear under real working conditions is established, and its tooth surface wear characteristics are numerically simulated. The calculation results show that the tooth surface of spur gear pair is uniformly worn along the width of the tooth under ideal working conditions, and the wear amount near the pitch circle is the smallest, while the wear amount near the tooth root is the largest in the pinion gear, and when there is a meshing deviation, The tooth surface wear depth is no longer uniformly distributed along the tooth direction. On this basis, the influence of load condition and wear cycle number on tooth surface wear is further analyzed. The analysis shows that the load torque and cycle times have a significant effect on the tooth surface wear, and approximate exponential mapping relationship. The effect of load condition and gear service period must be taken into account when reducing wear and prolonging life of gear. Finally, the influence of gear meshing deviation and micro modification on tooth surface wear is analyzed. The research shows that the gear meshing deviation should be strictly controlled from the angle of improving the load distribution of the tooth surface and reducing the tooth surface wear, and the tooth surface wear failure can be alleviated by making the appropriate profile modification strategy.
