一種雙離自動變速器液壓系統(tǒng)計算分析

【摘要】:為了分析不同工況下某雙離合自動變速器(DCT)液壓控制系統(tǒng)的工作性能,采用AMESim軟件對穩(wěn)態(tài)工況下的換擋力和潤滑冷卻子系統(tǒng)的出口流量進行計算,并通過自動變速器臺架試驗對計算結(jié)果進行驗證。計算和試驗結(jié)果吻合度較高,表明VBS閥能夠精確控制換擋力,液壓控制系統(tǒng)能夠快速實現(xiàn)換擋。另外在DCT液壓系統(tǒng)的仿真模型中,計算油溫對換擋力的影響。通過計算得知油溫在30~90℃范圍內(nèi),均對換擋力的影響不大。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the working performance of a double clutch automatic transmission (DCT) hydraulic control system under different working conditions, AMESim software was used to calculate the shifting force and the outlet flow rate of the lubricating cooling subsystem under steady condition. The calculation results are verified by the automatic transmission bench test. The good agreement between the calculation and the test results shows that the VBS valve can accurately control the shift force and the hydraulic control system can quickly realize the shift. In addition, in the simulation model of DCT hydraulic system, the effect of oil temperature on shift force is calculated. The results show that the oil temperature has little effect on the shift force in the range of 30 ~ 90 鈩,
