面向制造的弧齒線圓柱齒輪建模及動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:以弧齒線圓柱齒輪為研究對(duì)象,在分析弧齒線圓柱齒輪加工工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,利用UG/Open grip語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了面向制造的弧齒線圓柱齒輪的參數(shù)化建模。借助ADAMS軟件對(duì)不同齒線半徑的弧齒線圓柱齒輪齒輪副進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,揭示了齒線半徑對(duì)弧齒線圓柱齒輪嚙合力的影響規(guī)律,得到了弧齒線圓柱齒輪齒輪副平均嚙合力隨齒線半徑的變化規(guī)律曲線。當(dāng)齒線半徑滿足條件1.7b≤R≤2.3b時(shí),弧齒線圓柱齒輪的平均嚙合力達(dá)到最優(yōu)。研究結(jié)果為弧齒線圓柱齒輪將來(lái)的設(shè)計(jì)及工程應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Taking the arc tooth line cylindrical gear as the research object, based on the analysis of the machining technology of the arc tooth line cylindrical gear, the parametric modeling of the arc tooth line cylindrical gear is realized by using UG/Open grip language. With the help of ADAMS software, the dynamic analysis of cylindrical gear pair with different tooth line radius is carried out, and the influence of tooth line radius on the engagement force of arc tooth line cylindrical gear is revealed.
