擴(kuò)壓器對(duì)基本級(jí)性能的影響

【摘要】:使用數(shù)值方法和試驗(yàn)手段研究了帶無葉擴(kuò)壓器和不同進(jìn)口安裝角的葉片擴(kuò)壓器對(duì)基本級(jí)的性能影響.針對(duì)帶無葉擴(kuò)壓器的基本級(jí),重點(diǎn)研究了近喘振點(diǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)、近阻塞點(diǎn)3種工況的內(nèi)部流動(dòng)特性,結(jié)果表明近喘振點(diǎn)的葉輪葉片進(jìn)口、葉輪葉片出口、回流葉片背面均存在低速渦流區(qū),而設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)和近阻塞點(diǎn)的流動(dòng)狀態(tài)良好,對(duì)于近阻塞點(diǎn),流動(dòng)速度較大引起的摩擦阻力損失增大,導(dǎo)致了基本級(jí)多變效率下降很快;對(duì)帶單圓弧葉片擴(kuò)壓器的基本級(jí),細(xì)致地研究了匹配不同進(jìn)口安裝角的單圓弧葉片擴(kuò)壓器對(duì)喘振裕度、阻塞裕度和效率的影響,結(jié)果表明:在出口安裝角不變的情況下,擴(kuò)壓器進(jìn)口安裝角比設(shè)計(jì)值降低3°,基本級(jí)的多變效率和多變能頭系數(shù)達(dá)到最佳值.
[Abstract]:The effect of blade diffuser with vaneless diffuser and different inlet mounting angle on the performance of basic stage was studied by numerical method and experimental method. According to the basic stage of the impeller with vaneless diffuser, the internal flow characteristics of the near surge point, the design point and the near blocking point are studied. The results show that the impeller blade inlet and the impeller blade outlet are near the surge point, the impeller blade inlet, the impeller blade outlet, the impeller blade inlet, the impeller blade outlet and the impeller blade outlet. There is a low speed eddy current region on the back of the reflux blade, but the flow state of the design point and the near blocking point is good. For the near blocking point, the friction resistance loss caused by the large flow velocity increases, which leads to the fast decrease of the variable efficiency of the basic stage. For the basic stage of single arc blade diffuser, the influence of single arc blade diffuser with different inlet mounting angles on surge margin, blocking margin and efficiency is studied in detail. The results show that: when the outlet mounting angle is constant, the influence of single arc blade diffuser on surge margin, blocking margin and efficiency is studied. The inlet mounting angle of the diffuser is 3 擄lower than the design value, and the variable efficiency of the basic stage and the coefficient of the variable energy head reach the optimum value.
