圓捆機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)階段,秸稈物料的回收利用,已成為勢(shì)不可擋的話題。秸稈過度還田利用,不利于田間作物的生長(zhǎng);田間秸稈燃燒則成為農(nóng)村以及城市環(huán)境保護(hù)的罪魁禍?zhǔn)。因此有效地?duì)秸稈再利用有利于環(huán)境的治理而且可以變廢為寶,秸稈物料不僅可以用來制成固體燃料、氣化爐燃、立體栽培草腐類食用菌、人造板、生物柴、壓塊燃料或秸稈壓塊飼草等,那么秸稈的回收就成為秸稈再利用的重要一步,因此秸稈打捆機(jī)的研制具有重要意義。旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置是打捆機(jī)的重要部分,優(yōu)秀的旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置不僅可以提高收獲效率,降低機(jī)械的故障,而且可以有效地將秸稈物料切斷,減少秸稈再利用收獲工藝的步驟,切段揉碎的秸稈物料有利于牲畜的消化吸收、增大喂入量、增加草捆密度、秸稈物料的存貯,因此,旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置的研究設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化具有較大的研究意義。本課題通過研究旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理、運(yùn)動(dòng)分析,可以充分地了解旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置。針對(duì)主要機(jī)構(gòu),對(duì)其零部件進(jìn)行力學(xué)分析與機(jī)構(gòu)研究、有限元分析優(yōu)化是十分有必要的。玉米秸稈是北方最為常見的農(nóng)作物,為了更好地使用旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置,通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)與田間試驗(yàn),確定了旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置針對(duì)玉米秸稈最優(yōu)前進(jìn)速度與傳動(dòng)軸輸出轉(zhuǎn)速,同時(shí)驗(yàn)證了旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置對(duì)秸稈切段長(zhǎng)度與理論切段長(zhǎng)度的吻合程度。通過對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置進(jìn)行研究、分析,有效提高了旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置的使用壽命與使用效率,更深入地掌握旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置的構(gòu)成與工作原理,為今后旋轉(zhuǎn)切割喂入裝置的改進(jìn)與創(chuàng)新提供基礎(chǔ)性研究。
[Abstract]:At present, the recycling of straw materials has become an irresistible topic. The excessive utilization of straw is not conducive to the growth of field crops, and the burning of straw in the field has become the chief culprit of environmental protection in rural and urban areas. Therefore, the reuse of straw is beneficial to the treatment of the environment and can be turned into a treasure. The straw material can not only be used to make solid fuel, gasifier combustion, stereoscopic cultivation of grass rot edible fungi, wood-based panels, biological firewood, So the recovery of straw becomes an important step of straw reuse, so the development of straw strapping machine is of great significance. The rotary cutting feeding device is an important part of the strapping machine. The excellent rotary cutting feeding device can not only improve the harvesting efficiency and reduce the mechanical failure, but also effectively cut off the straw material. In order to reduce the process of straw reuse and harvest, the chopped straw material is beneficial to the digestion and absorption of livestock, the increase of feed amount, the increase of density of straw bundles and the storage of straw materials. The research, design and optimization of rotary cutting and feeding device are of great significance. By studying the structure, working principle and motion analysis of the rotary cutting feeding device, we can fully understand the rotary cutting feeding device. The finite element analysis and optimization is necessary for the mechanical analysis and mechanism study of the main mechanism. Corn stalk is the most common crop in the north. In order to better use the rotary cutting feeding device, through laboratory and field experiments, the rotation cutting feeding device is determined to optimize the advance speed of corn straw and the output speed of the transmission shaft. At the same time, the degree of coincidence between the cutting length of straw and the theoretical length was verified by rotating cutting and feeding device. Through the research and analysis of the rotary cutting feeding device, the service life and efficiency of the rotary cutting feeding device are effectively improved, and the composition and working principle of the rotary cutting feeding device are more thoroughly grasped. It provides basic research for the improvement and innovation of rotary cutting and feeding device in the future.
