基于Workbench的三軸搬運(yùn)機(jī)器人結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與模態(tài)分析

【摘要】:目的為將貨架上的貨物直接搬運(yùn)至目的地,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)貨物到人的目的,設(shè)計(jì)一款三軸搬運(yùn)機(jī)器人。方法利用SolidWorks與Workbench軟件建立三維模型與有限元模型,對(duì)底盤機(jī)構(gòu)與升降機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)底盤結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,分析其外部激勵(lì)來源。結(jié)果兩側(cè)升降機(jī)構(gòu)安裝板是主要的動(dòng)態(tài)特性影響因素,所設(shè)計(jì)的底盤結(jié)構(gòu)不會(huì)因?yàn)橥獠考?lì)而發(fā)生共振。結(jié)論該搬運(yùn)機(jī)器人的結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、設(shè)計(jì)合理,能夠廣泛應(yīng)用于多種場(chǎng)合,如貨物揀選、工件存放與搬運(yùn)等,具有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to carry the goods directly to the destination and realize the goal of goods to people, a three-axis moving robot was designed. Methods Three-dimensional model and finite element model were established by using SolidWorks and Workbench software. The chassis mechanism and lifting mechanism were designed in detail. The modal analysis of the chassis structure was carried out and the source of external excitation was analyzed. Results the mounting plate of both elevators is the main influence factor of dynamic characteristics and the designed chassis structure will not resonate because of external excitation. Conclusion the structure of the robot is novel and the design is reasonable. It can be widely used in many situations, such as cargo picking, workpiece storage and handling, etc. It has high application value.
