【摘要】：本文詳細(xì)分析了國內(nèi)外軸流風(fēng)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀、主要技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、并對(duì)主要關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹與探討,如組態(tài)、可編程控制器PLC的軟件設(shè)計(jì)以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)等等。本文首先基于軸流風(fēng)機(jī)工程實(shí)際背景,研究與探討了新一代軸流風(fēng)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)用戶的生產(chǎn)線工藝對(duì)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)要求,提出了相應(yīng)的總體方案。該控制系統(tǒng)選用SIEMENS公司S7-414H系列的PLC、組態(tài)軟件WinCC7.0,運(yùn)用PROFIBUS-DP現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線協(xié)議構(gòu)建了一個(gè)分布式的PLC,該控制系統(tǒng)將工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)與可編程控制器相融合,然后采用面向?qū)ο蟮哪K化編程思想,將應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)組態(tài)軟件WinCC,應(yīng)用在整個(gè)風(fēng)機(jī)控制工藝流程中,設(shè)計(jì)了控制界面、圖形界面組態(tài)、變量組態(tài)、全局腳本設(shè)計(jì)等,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)控制軟件要達(dá)到的控制要求。實(shí)踐證明該系統(tǒng)表現(xiàn)出界面友好、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the research status and main technical characteristics of axial fan control system at home and abroad are analyzed in detail, and the main key technologies are briefly introduced and discussed, such as configuration, software design of programmable logic controller (PLC), field bus technology, and so on. In this paper, based on the practical background of axial fan engineering, the design of the new generation control system of axial fan is studied and discussed. According to the requirements of automatic control system of the user's production line, the corresponding overall scheme is put forward. The control system uses SIEMENS S7-414H series PLC, configuration software WinCC 7.0, and uses PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus protocol to construct a distributed PLC. The control system combines the industrial control computer system and the programmable controller. Then the application system configuration software WinCC is applied to the whole fan control process, and the control interface, graphical interface configuration, variable configuration, global script design and so on are designed. The control requirements of fan control software are realized. Practice shows that the system has the advantages of friendly interface and stable operation.
