硬密封蝶閥加工過程中的累積誤差控制

【摘要】:蝶閥是一種用來實(shí)現(xiàn)管路系統(tǒng)通斷及流量控制的管道元件,已在石油、化工、冶金、水電等許多領(lǐng)域中得到廣泛地應(yīng)用,特別是在大中型口徑及中低壓力的使用領(lǐng)域方面,蝶閥已經(jīng)成為主導(dǎo)的閥門形式。本課題以DN600雙偏心法蘭硬密封蝶閥為研究對(duì)象。其關(guān)鍵部位密封結(jié)構(gòu)中,蝶板為球墨鑄鐵材質(zhì)堆焊硬質(zhì)合金,閥座為0Cr18Ni9(304),經(jīng)過加工后進(jìn)行氮化處理。該研究對(duì)象具有硬密封蝶閥的耐高溫,抗磨損,機(jī)械性能好等特性,但密封效果較差。文章從以下三部分進(jìn)行研究與論證。首先,對(duì)研究對(duì)象結(jié)構(gòu),關(guān)鍵影響因素及關(guān)鍵部位結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)影響硬密封蝶閥質(zhì)量的加工過程因素進(jìn)行分析。通過加工過程中影響蝶板與閥座之間的干涉效果因素,找到硬密封蝶閥的關(guān)鍵部位與關(guān)鍵零件參數(shù),通過對(duì)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)分析找到影響硬密封蝶閥加工制造過程中的關(guān)鍵因素。然后,通過對(duì)影響因素分析,測(cè)量加工過程關(guān)鍵部位數(shù)據(jù)。對(duì)所測(cè)量的誤差數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用正態(tài)分布分析方法,分析數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果。運(yùn)用誤差控制方法,找出控制加工過程累積誤差的方法。通過對(duì)控制方法的分析與研究,制定出合理的加工方法,得出改變蝶板加工工藝的新定位方式和新加工方法。并通過改進(jìn)加工方法的分析與研究,分析數(shù)控編程方式,驗(yàn)證數(shù)控實(shí)際加工方法,來控制硬密封蝶閥關(guān)鍵部位的加工過程累積誤差。最后,以實(shí)際加工結(jié)果來驗(yàn)證新的加工工藝和加工方法,并對(duì)關(guān)鍵部位加工數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測(cè)量、驗(yàn)證,確定該改進(jìn)方法的可行,最終得出硬密封蝶閥加工過程累積誤差的控制方法,以達(dá)到本課題的研究目的。
[Abstract]:Butterfly valve is a kind of pipeline element used to realize pipeline system break and flow control. It has been widely used in many fields, such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, hydropower and so on, especially in the field of large and medium caliber and medium and low pressure. Butterfly valve has become the dominant valve form. This topic takes DN600 double eccentric flange hard seal butterfly valve as the research object. In the sealing structure of the key parts, the spheroidal plate is made of ductile iron and the valve seat is 0Cr18Ni9C304N, which is treated by nitridation after processing. The research object has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, wear resistance and good mechanical properties of hard sealing butterfly valve, but the sealing effect is poor. The article carries on the research and the demonstration from the following three parts. Firstly, the research object structure, the key factors and the key position structure are analyzed, and the processing process factors that affect the quality of hard seal butterfly valve are analyzed. The key parts and key parts parameters of hard seal butterfly valve are found by influencing the interference effect factors between butterfly plate and valve seat in the process of machining, and the key factors affecting the manufacturing process of hard seal butterfly valve are found by analyzing the key parameters. Then, through the analysis of the influencing factors, the data of the key parts of the processing process are measured. The measured error data are analyzed by normal distribution analysis method. The error control method is used to find out the method of controlling the cumulative error in machining process. Through the analysis and research of the control method, the reasonable processing method is worked out, and the new positioning method and the new processing method to change the processing technology of the butterfly plate are obtained. Through the analysis and research of the improved machining method, the NC programming method is analyzed, and the NC machining method is verified to control the cumulative errors in the machining process of the key parts of the hard-sealed butterfly valve. Finally, the new processing technology and method are verified by the actual processing results, and the processing data of the key parts are measured and verified, and the feasibility of the improved method is determined. Finally, the control method of cumulative error in the machining process of hard seal butterfly valve is obtained. In order to achieve the purpose of this subject.
