雙粗糙平面法向接觸建模方法的有限元對(duì)比分析

【摘要】:基于統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法,Greenwood和Tripp(GT模型)提出雙粗糙平面法向接觸(雙粗模型)可以等效為單粗糙平面與剛性平板之間的接觸(單粗模型),但這種等效處理缺乏對(duì)接觸應(yīng)力場分析以及材料硬化的考慮。為進(jìn)一步研究GT模型,基于高斯粗糙表面數(shù)字化表征,通過控制自相關(guān)長度和濾波方法,得到雙粗糙平面及其等效單粗糙平面;借助有限元軟件ABAQUS對(duì)2組模型法向接觸進(jìn)行建模及分析。結(jié)果表明:2組模型預(yù)測的接觸剛度和接觸面積符合較好,但接觸壓力與接觸面積關(guān)系存在差異;2組模型預(yù)測的等效應(yīng)力和接觸壓強(qiáng)的應(yīng)力幅值以及云圖的分布區(qū)域大致相近,但雙粗模型由于存在大量微凸體側(cè)接觸,弱化接觸狀態(tài)以及材料硬化,因而應(yīng)力幅值偏低。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical methods of Greenwood and Tripp(GT models, it is proposed that the double rough plane normal contact (double rough model) can be equivalent to the contact between a single rough plane and a rigid plate (a single rough model), but this equivalent treatment lacks the contact stress. Field analysis and consideration of material hardening. In order to further study the GT model, based on the digital representation of Gao Si rough surface, the double rough plane and its equivalent single rough plane are obtained by controlling the autocorrelation length and filtering method. Two groups of normal contact models were modeled and analyzed by finite element software ABAQUS. The results show that the contact stiffness and contact area predicted by the two groups of models are in good agreement, but the relationship between contact pressure and contact area is different. The stress amplitude of equivalent stress and contact pressure predicted by two groups of models and the distribution region of cloud map are approximately similar. However, due to the existence of a large number of micro-convex body side contact, weakening contact state and material hardening, the stress amplitude of the double coarse model is low.
