橋式起重機設(shè)計與報價系統(tǒng)的研究及開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著起重機市場的日臻成熟,市場競爭越加激烈,傳統(tǒng)的起重機設(shè)計理念已不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的要求。根據(jù)天津起重設(shè)備有限公司內(nèi)部的設(shè)計需求,并結(jié)合企業(yè)內(nèi)部橋式起重機各部件系列化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度越來越高的特點,在對產(chǎn)品的協(xié)同設(shè)計、模塊化設(shè)計、快速報價等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了橋式起重機設(shè)計與報價系統(tǒng)。最后以橋式起重機整機設(shè)計為例對系統(tǒng)的實用性、可靠性進(jìn)行了驗證。首先,介紹了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同設(shè)計、模塊化設(shè)計、起重機設(shè)計技術(shù)以及快速報價技術(shù)的海內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢,提出了構(gòu)建橋式起重機設(shè)計與報價系統(tǒng)的總體思路。其次,詳細(xì)介紹了產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計系統(tǒng)中所涉及的系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)、集成框架,并且分別構(gòu)建了基于混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式的協(xié)同設(shè)計體系結(jié)構(gòu)以及基于DPDM的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的框架模型。再次,對產(chǎn)品模塊化設(shè)計相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹,并搭建了產(chǎn)品模塊化設(shè)計的過程模型。以橋式起重機為例,對已有產(chǎn)品的模塊化平臺構(gòu)建過程展開研究,例如市場需求現(xiàn)狀、零部件ABC分析、產(chǎn)品模塊化規(guī)劃、零部件編碼體系及名稱字典的建立等等,最后搭建了橋式起重機模塊化平臺框架。從次,深入研究了產(chǎn)品快速報價技術(shù),分別介紹了產(chǎn)品報價價格的組成、產(chǎn)品報價價格的估算方法。以橋式起重機模塊化設(shè)計結(jié)果為前提,建立了產(chǎn)品快速報價系統(tǒng)框架,并將其作為設(shè)計與報價系統(tǒng)的一個子模塊。最后,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品模塊化設(shè)計和快速報價技術(shù),以系統(tǒng)開發(fā)目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,在現(xiàn)有開發(fā)工具的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)了橋式起重機設(shè)計與報價系統(tǒng)。應(yīng)用上述開發(fā)成果,以橋式起重機整機為實例,對系統(tǒng)的實用性、可靠性進(jìn)行了驗證,取得了理想的效果。
[Abstract]:With the increasing maturity of crane market, the market competition is more and more fierce, the traditional crane design concept can not meet the requirements of modern enterprises. According to the internal design requirements of Tianjin lifting equipment Co., Ltd., combined with the series of components of bridge crane in the enterprise and the increasingly high standardization, the collaborative design and modular design of the products are carried out. The design and quotation system of bridge crane is established on the basis of deep research on key technologies such as quick quotation. Finally, the practicability and reliability of the system are verified by the design of bridge crane. Firstly, the present situation and development trend of network collaborative design, modular design, crane design technology and rapid quotation technology are introduced, and the general idea of constructing bridge crane design and quotation system is put forward. Secondly, the system architecture and integration framework of the product collaborative design system are introduced in detail. The architecture of collaborative design based on hybrid network pattern and the framework model of networked collaborative design system based on DPDM are constructed respectively. Thirdly, the related theories of product modular design are introduced, and the process model of product modular design is built. Taking the bridge crane as an example, the paper studies the process of building the modular platform of the existing products, such as the current situation of market demand, the ABC analysis of parts and components, the modular planning of products, the establishment of coding system of parts and dictionary of names, and so on. Finally, the modular platform frame of bridge crane is built. In this paper, the rapid quotation technology is studied, and the composition of product quotation price and the method of estimating product quotation price are introduced respectively. On the premise of the modular design result of bridge crane, the frame of product rapid quotation system is established and used as a sub-module of the design and quotation system. Finally, a bridge crane design and quotation system is developed on the basis of the existing development tools, combining the modular design of products and the rapid quotation technology, and taking the system development goal as the direction. Taking the bridge crane as an example, the practicability and reliability of the system are verified and the ideal results are obtained.
