【摘要】：塔式起重機各結(jié)構(gòu)件經(jīng)常使用銷軸聯(lián)接的方式,而銷軸本身的可靠性將是影響整個塔機安全工作的重要零件。除了銷軸設(shè)計強度、材料規(guī)格等關(guān)鍵的質(zhì)量特性外,銷軸表面鍍鋅處理的質(zhì)量也將影響著其抗蝕能力,本文圍繞如何優(yōu)化銷軸電鍍鋅工序質(zhì)量控制,為塔機銷軸的耐蝕能力增強提供了可操作方案。
[Abstract]:The structure of tower crane is often connected by pin shaft, and the reliability of pin shaft itself will affect the safety of tower crane. In addition to the key quality characteristics of pin shaft design strength and material specifications, the quality of galvanizing on the surface of pin shaft will also affect its corrosion resistance. This paper focuses on how to optimize the quality control of zinc plating process for pin shaft. It provides an operable scheme for enhancing corrosion resistance of pin-shaft of tower crane.
