基于PFMEA的閥門(mén)鑄造過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:隨著閥門(mén)市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,客戶對(duì)閥門(mén)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越嚴(yán),同時(shí)在提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的同時(shí),不希望成本隨之上升。然而質(zhì)量和成本之間是對(duì)立的關(guān)系,如何尋找一套合適的質(zhì)量控制方法,是閥門(mén)制造企業(yè)十分關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。論文從質(zhì)量管理的角度出發(fā),通過(guò)比對(duì)各種質(zhì)量管理工具優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),尋找出適合閥門(mén)制造企業(yè)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)的PFMEA工具,并結(jié)合閥門(mén)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量缺陷需進(jìn)行控制提升這個(gè)切入點(diǎn),運(yùn)用PFMEA工具給鑄造閥門(mén)建立項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)中的質(zhì)量管理模型,并運(yùn)用此模型對(duì)黃銅鑄造閥門(mén)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。論文提出,以PFMEA質(zhì)量管理工具作為鑄造閥門(mén)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的核心工具,建立閥門(mén)鑄造的質(zhì)量控制模型,分析查找可能導(dǎo)致鑄造閥門(mén)產(chǎn)品缺陷的失效因子,進(jìn)而對(duì)這些失效因子進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,找出對(duì)鑄造閥門(mén)質(zhì)量起主要作用的失效因子,并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量管控,達(dá)到控制鑄造閥門(mén)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的目的。本文的研究結(jié)論,可以為閥門(mén)制造企業(yè)進(jìn)行閥門(mén)鑄造質(zhì)量管理提供實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)其它實(shí)體企業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)的質(zhì)量管理也有一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition in the valve market, customers are demanding more and more strict quality of valve products, and at the same time, they do not want the cost to rise while improving the quality of the valve products. However, the relationship between quality and cost is opposite, how to find a set of suitable quality control methods, valve manufacturing enterprises pay close attention to. From the point of view of quality management, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various quality management tools, this paper finds out a PFMEA tool suitable for valve manufacturing enterprises to carry out project development, and combines the valve product quality defects with the need to control and improve the starting point. Using PFMEA tool to establish the quality management model in the development of casting valve, and use this model to carry on the empirical research to the brass casting valve. In this paper, the PFMEA quality management tool is used as the core tool of the casting valve development project, the quality control model of the valve casting is established, and the failure factors that may lead to the defects of the casting valve product are analyzed and searched. Then the risk assessment of these failure factors is carried out to find out the failure factors which play a major role in the quality of cast valves and to control the quality of the cast valves in order to achieve the purpose of controlling the quality of cast valves. The conclusion of this paper can provide practical guidance for valve casting quality management in valve manufacturing enterprises, and can also be a reference for other entity enterprises in product project development.
