【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,日益增加的生活垃圾和環(huán)境的污染逐漸成為社會(huì)的突出矛盾,盡管我國政府出臺(tái)了一些相關(guān)的政策,但是由于生活垃圾難以形成規(guī)范的管理制度以及市民對(duì)環(huán)保意識(shí)的欠缺,致使生活中的可回收垃圾回收率很低。從資源的角度來看,可回收利用的垃圾的丟失是寶貴資源的丟失;從環(huán)境保護(hù)角度來看,可回收利用垃圾的丟失是造成環(huán)境二次污染的重要原因。本論文主要設(shè)計(jì)了一種針對(duì)生活中飲料瓶有償回收的裝置。首先根據(jù)國內(nèi)垃圾回收方式提出了一種新的回收管理模式-數(shù)字化可回收管理模式;參考國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的回收裝置精心設(shè)計(jì)了智能飲料瓶回收機(jī)的外觀,在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)上針對(duì)飲料瓶的倒入和倒出設(shè)計(jì)了分揀機(jī)構(gòu);詳細(xì)的描述了智能飲料瓶回收機(jī)的工作過程。然后在硬件上提出了一種基于CAN總線設(shè)計(jì)的思想,并詳細(xì)的描述了系統(tǒng)的總體硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)回收裝置的功能把系統(tǒng)分為五個(gè)子系統(tǒng)來分別控制不同的功能模塊,子系統(tǒng)與子系統(tǒng)之間采用了CAN總線的控制方式;根據(jù)實(shí)際功能自行設(shè)計(jì)了PCB電路板,依據(jù)每個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的不同功能擴(kuò)展了相應(yīng)的外部功能模塊。最后搭建了基于μC/OS-II的智能回收機(jī)軟件平臺(tái),完成了對(duì)FATFS文件操作的移植,實(shí)現(xiàn)了IC卡識(shí)別、投放門禁的打開與關(guān)閉、飲料瓶形狀識(shí)別、分揀機(jī)構(gòu)正反轉(zhuǎn)控制、飲料瓶個(gè)數(shù)檢測功能;對(duì)IC卡號(hào)、飲料瓶個(gè)數(shù)與形狀信息、路由信息、飲料瓶投放開始與結(jié)束時(shí)間信息進(jìn)行編碼寫入文件并通過無線自組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸?shù)骄W(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)。硬件和軟件完成后對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試,從測試的結(jié)果來看滿足我們最初的設(shè)計(jì)要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能飲料瓶回收機(jī)功能。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our economy and social progress, the increasing waste and environmental pollution has gradually become a prominent social contradiction, although our government has issued some related policies, However, it is difficult to form a standardized management system and lack of awareness of environmental protection, which results in a low recovery rate of recyclable garbage in daily life. From the point of view of resources, the loss of recyclable waste is the loss of precious resources, and from the point of view of environmental protection, the loss of recyclable waste is an important cause of secondary environmental pollution. In this paper, a device for reclaiming paid beverage bottles in daily life is designed. Firstly, according to the domestic garbage collection mode, a new recycling management mode, digital recyclable management mode, is put forward, and the appearance of intelligent beverage bottle collector is carefully designed with reference to the existing domestic and foreign recycling devices. In the mechanical design, the sorting mechanism is designed for the pouring and pouring out of the beverage bottle, and the working process of the intelligent beverage bottle collector is described in detail. Then a design idea based on CAN bus is put forward in hardware, and the overall hardware circuit design of the system is described in detail. According to the function of the recovery device, the system is divided into five subsystems to control different functional modules. The control mode of CAN bus is adopted between the subsystems, and the PCB circuit board is designed according to the actual function. According to the different functions of each subsystem, the corresponding external function modules are extended. Finally, the software platform of intelligent recovery machine based on 渭 C/OS-II is built, the transplantation of FATFS file operation is completed, the IC card recognition, the opening and closing of access guard, the shape recognition of beverage bottle, the positive and negative control of sorting mechanism are realized. The function of detecting the number of beverage bottles; coding and writing the IC card number, the number and shape information of beverage bottles, the routing information, the starting and ending time information of beverage bottles, and transmitting to the network platform through wireless ad hoc network. After the completion of hardware and software, the whole system is tested. The test results meet our initial design requirements and realize the function of intelligent beverage bottle collector.
