基于沖擊模型的含間隙高速凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:為了提高含間隙高速凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)性能。采用二狀態(tài)沖擊副模型模擬凸輪和從動(dòng)件間的間隙,構(gòu)建考慮阻尼的含間隙凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。以擺線凸輪曲線為激振函數(shù),采用有限差分法求解動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。對(duì)含間隙動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行時(shí)域和頻域分析,繪制相應(yīng)的加速度時(shí)域和頻域響應(yīng)圖譜,得出了阻尼比、周期比對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)的影響,并對(duì)常用的幾種高速凸輪曲線進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)分析。得出:間隙存在會(huì)導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)精度變差;間隙對(duì)從動(dòng)件升程加速段的影響較小;對(duì)減速段和休止期影響較大;傳統(tǒng)理論在間隙動(dòng)力學(xué)中的應(yīng)用存在局限性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the dynamic performance of high speed cam mechanism with clearance. The clearance between cam and follower is simulated by two-state impulse pair model, and the dynamic model of cam mechanism with clearance considering damping is constructed. Using cycloidal cam curve as exciting function, the finite difference method is used to solve the dynamic equation. The time-domain and frequency-domain analysis of the dynamic model with clearance is carried out, and the corresponding time-domain and frequency-domain response charts of acceleration are plotted. The effects of damping ratio and period ratio on the dynamic response are obtained, and the dynamic analysis of several commonly used high-speed cam curves is carried out. It is concluded that the existence of clearance will lead to the deterioration of the system response accuracy; the clearance has less influence on the acceleration section of the follower lift; the greater influence on the deceleration phase and the rest period; and the limitation of the traditional theory in the application of clearance dynamics.
