【摘要】：基于功能度量法,建立機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)可靠壽命模型,給出可靠壽命求解方法。該方法將可靠壽命的計(jì)算問題轉(zhuǎn)換為一個(gè)球面約束的優(yōu)化問題,只需要進(jìn)行一次優(yōu)化迭代求解即可獲得可靠壽命;針對(duì)壽命函數(shù)非線性較高,改進(jìn)均值法易出現(xiàn)難以收斂問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了聯(lián)合梯度算法,并從理論上證明了該算法的收斂性。對(duì)某車用軸進(jìn)行可靠壽命分析,分析結(jié)果表明基于聯(lián)合梯度算法的結(jié)構(gòu)可靠壽命預(yù)計(jì)方法具有較好的效率和精度。
[Abstract]:Based on the function measure method, the reliable life model of mechanical structure is established, and the solution method of reliable life is given. In this method, the reliability life is converted into an optimization problem with spherical constraints, and the reliable life can be obtained by only one optimization iterative solution, and the improved mean method is prone to the problem of difficult convergence in view of the high nonlinearity of the life function. A joint gradient algorithm is proposed and its convergence is proved theoretically. The reliability life of a vehicle shaft is analyzed. The results show that the structure reliability life prediction method based on joint gradient algorithm has good efficiency and accuracy.
