皮帶故障對位顯示智能控制器的研究

【摘要】:皮帶輸送機是礦山、冶金、化工和火力發(fā)電等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中廣泛使用的一種運輸設(shè)備,主要用來輸送塊狀、粒狀等物料。在運行中皮帶常出現(xiàn)跑偏、打滑、撕裂和急停等故障,由于故障類型多且故障點比較分散,使得故障點的查找變得非常困難,給設(shè)備的維護以及安全生產(chǎn)帶來極大的不便。目前,皮帶輸送機保護技術(shù)不太成熟,通常只有依靠加強檢修來減少事故,但通過這樣的人為檢修不能完全地避免皮帶斷帶下滑所造成的惡性事故。本文首先對皮帶故障出現(xiàn)的原因和檢測故障的方法進行了研究,然后對故障傳感器發(fā)出的信號進行了處理轉(zhuǎn)換,并且對處理轉(zhuǎn)換后的信號進行了濾波仿真實驗。介紹了智能控制器的主要功能和設(shè)計要求,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了智能控制器的總體設(shè)計方案,設(shè)計開發(fā)出了一種具有對位顯示功能的皮帶智能控制器。該智能控制器能夠?qū)Υ笮推л斔拖到y(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài)進行實時監(jiān)測,當有故障發(fā)生時,能夠發(fā)出聲光報警,通過LCD顯示故障的類型與位置,并可以根據(jù)故障的類型來控制輸送機的運行狀態(tài)。硬件設(shè)計中采用STC89C52RC單片機作為主控MCU,主要由信號采集器和控制器兩部分組成。采集器可以對皮帶故障信號進行采集,每一個采集器上都設(shè)有兩片BCD撥碼開關(guān),可以對故障的位置進行設(shè)定。控制器接收采集器發(fā)送來的信號,經(jīng)過分析判斷可通過LCD顯示器故障類型及故障位置,然后發(fā)出聲光報警,并可以根據(jù)故障的類型來控制輸送機的運行系統(tǒng),因此這不僅有利于故障的迅速查找,而且有利于提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率�?刂破髋c各個采集器之間通過RS-485總線來實現(xiàn)實時通信,采用的通信接口芯片為SN75176芯片。軟件設(shè)計采用模塊化設(shè)計方式,將系統(tǒng)分成幾個功能模塊分別進行設(shè)計,主要包括采集器軟件設(shè)計、控制器軟件設(shè)計、BCD撥碼開關(guān)軟件設(shè)計、RS-485通信軟件設(shè)計等,程序采用C語言進行編寫。通過在實驗室進行軟硬件方面的測試和實驗,本文設(shè)計的智能控制器在實驗運行中具有性能穩(wěn)定、故障智能報警、顯示靈活清晰等特點,具有一定的實際應(yīng)用參考價值。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyer is a kind of transportation equipment widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and thermal power generation. It is mainly used to transport bulk, granular and other materials. In operation, the belt often appears running deviation, slip, tear and sudden stop and so on. Because there are many types of faults and the fault points are scattered, it becomes very difficult to find fault points, which brings great inconvenience to the maintenance of equipment and the safety of production. At present, belt conveyor protection technology is not very mature, usually only rely on strengthening maintenance to reduce accidents, but through such artificial maintenance can not completely avoid the vicious accident caused by belt breakage slide. In this paper, the cause of belt fault and the method of fault detection are studied, then the signal sent out by fault sensor is processed and converted, and the filter simulation experiment is carried out. The main functions and design requirements of the intelligent controller are introduced. Based on this, the overall design scheme of the intelligent controller is put forward, and a belt intelligent controller with the function of opposite position display is designed and developed. The intelligent controller can monitor the working state of the large belt conveying system in real time. When the fault occurs, the intelligent controller can send out acousto-optic alarm and display the type and position of the fault by LCD. And according to the type of failure to control the running state of the conveyor. In the hardware design, STC89C52RC single chip microcomputer is used as the main control of MCU, which is composed of two parts: signal collector and controller. The collector can collect the fault signal of belt. Each collector is equipped with two BCD dialing switches, which can set the fault position. The controller receives the signal sent by the collector, after analyzing and judging the fault type and fault location of the LCD display, it sends out the acousto-optic alarm, and can control the running system of the conveyor according to the type of the fault. Therefore, this is not only conducive to rapid fault finding, but also conducive to improving the production efficiency of enterprises. Real-time communication between controller and collector is realized by RS-485 bus. The communication interface chip is SN75176 chip. The system is divided into several functional modules, including the software design of the collector, the design of the controller software and the design of RS-485 communication software. The program is written in C language. The intelligent controller designed in this paper has the characteristics of stable performance, intelligent fault alarm, flexible display and clear display, and has certain practical application reference value through the testing and experiment in the software and hardware in the laboratory, the intelligent controller designed in this paper has the characteristics of stable performance, intelligent alarm of fault, clear display and so on.
