【摘要】:《中國(guó)制造2025》和《智能制造發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2016-2020)》的相繼發(fā)布,加快了我國(guó)智能制造的規(guī)劃和布局,以全力搶占先進(jìn)制造業(yè)發(fā)展的制高點(diǎn)。隨著信息化和工業(yè)化的不斷深度融合,工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)開放程度越來越高,這也向網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全提出了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),如何解決智能制造中網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全問題變得迫在眉睫。本論文針對(duì)智能制造車間級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò),分析并設(shè)計(jì)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全方案和數(shù)據(jù)加密方式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,首先完成了系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)的電路設(shè)計(jì)。電路設(shè)計(jì)包括系統(tǒng)電源ADP5050、FPGA參考時(shí)鐘和參考電源、JTAG配置、DDR3存儲(chǔ)K4B2G1646C、千兆以太網(wǎng)KSZ9031MNX、以太網(wǎng)連接器RJ45等模塊。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和密碼及編碼學(xué)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,采用自頂而下的設(shè)計(jì)思想完成了系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)。軟件設(shè)計(jì)分為兩部分,一部分接口FPGA,另一部分為算法FPGA。接口FPGA軟件設(shè)計(jì)主要包含千兆以太網(wǎng)PHY配置,UDP協(xié)議、IP協(xié)議、ARP協(xié)議、DDR3的轉(zhuǎn)換控制及UniPHY IP配置、數(shù)據(jù)收發(fā)等模塊;算法FPGA軟件設(shè)計(jì)主要包含數(shù)據(jù)的輸入寄存和校驗(yàn)、AES密鑰擴(kuò)展、AES加解及解密算法、SM4密鑰擴(kuò)展、SM4加解及解密算法和SM3算法等模塊。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中分析了FPGA的片上資源及Verilog編碼效率。完成了系統(tǒng)仿真。利用Modsim完成了各子模塊和系統(tǒng)整體的RTL級(jí)仿真,并對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和判斷。最后設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試方案,并完成了系統(tǒng)的子模塊和整體測(cè)試。子模塊測(cè)試主要利用QuartusII的Signal Tap II嵌入式邏輯分析儀獲取FPGA的片內(nèi)的待測(cè)信號(hào),而整體測(cè)試主要利用Wireshark和網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)試助手來獲取UDP加密和解密包。子模塊和整體測(cè)試均包含了功能、性能和穩(wěn)定性三個(gè)方面,并對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果做出了分析和判斷。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的車間級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方案實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)的機(jī)密性和認(rèn)證功能,為智能制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全研究提供了良好的基礎(chǔ)研究。
[Abstract]:The release of "made in China 2025" and "Intelligent Manufacturing Development Plan 2016-2020" one after another has accelerated the planning and layout of intelligent manufacturing in China, in order to seize the commanding point of the development of advanced manufacturing industry. With the continuous integration of information and industrialization, the opening degree of the industrial Internet is becoming more and more high, which also poses a severe challenge to network information security. How to solve the problem of network information security in intelligent manufacturing becomes urgent. In this paper, the network security scheme and data encryption method are analyzed and designed for intelligent manufacturing shop level network. On this basis, the circuit design of the system hardware platform is first completed. The circuit design includes ADP5050 FPGA reference clock and JTAG configuration DDR3 storage K4B2G1646C, Gigabit Ethernet KSZ9031MNXand Ethernet connector RJ45. Based on the research of network security and cryptography and coding, the software design of the system is completed by using the top-down design idea. The software design is divided into two parts, one is the interface FPGA, the other is the algorithm FPGA. The design of interface FPGA software mainly includes the conversion control, UniPHY IP configuration, data transceiver and so on of Gigabit Ethernet PHY configuration, IP protocol, IP protocol and DDR3. The algorithm FPGA software design mainly includes the data input register and the verification AES key extension AES encryption and decryption algorithm SM4 key extension SM4 encryption and decryption algorithm and SM3 algorithm and so on. In the process of design, the on-chip resource and Verilog coding efficiency of FPGA are analyzed. The system simulation is completed. The RTL level simulation of each sub-module and the whole system is completed by using Modsim, and the simulation results are analyzed and judged. Finally, the test scheme of the system is designed, and the sub-module and the whole test of the system are completed. The sub-module test mainly uses QuartusII's Signal Tap II embedded logic analyzer to obtain the on-chip test signal of FPGA, while the whole test mainly uses Wireshark and network debugging assistant to obtain UDP encryption and decryption packet. The sub-module and the whole test include three aspects: function, performance and stability, and the test results are analyzed and judged. The experimental results show that the network scheme designed in this paper realizes the confidentiality and authentication of network data, and provides a good foundation for the research of intelligent manufacturing network information security.
