【摘要】：正近日,中國航天科工三院增材制造中心首次批量打印高溫合金外套螺母210件,已成功交付,后續(xù)100余件正在進(jìn)行無損檢測(cè)。高溫合金外套螺母批量打印,表明增材制造中心推動(dòng)3D打印在產(chǎn)品上的應(yīng)用取得了標(biāo)志性進(jìn)展。高溫合金外套螺母是某型號(hào)前設(shè)備艙內(nèi)零件,由于結(jié)構(gòu)特性,該零件采用機(jī)加工最大難度在于環(huán)形槽加工,需采用Φ2球頭進(jìn)行加工,加工效率低、刀具易
[Abstract]:Recently , the first batch printing of high - temperature alloy outer nut 210 pieces of high - temperature alloy outer nut 210 pieces has been successfully delivered , and more than 100 parts are in the process of non - destructive testing . High - temperature alloy outer nut is used in batch printing , which indicates that the manufacturing center of high - temperature alloy promotes 3D printing . The high - temperature alloy outer nut is the part in the equipment compartment of a certain model . Because of the structural characteristics , the machining of the part adopts 桅2 ball head , the machining efficiency is low , and the tool is easy to be machined .
