對旋風機軸向間距對其性能及流場的影響研究

【摘要】:以FBD8.0對旋風機為研究對象,利用計算流體力學軟件FLUENT對四種不同軸向間距下對旋軸流式通風機內(nèi)部流場及其性能進行研究。結果表明隨著兩級葉輪軸向間距的增加,對旋風機效率先增大后減小;一定范圍內(nèi)增大軸向間距減小了兩級葉輪的相互干涉,有利于氣流均勻化;兩級葉輪的相互干擾主要體現(xiàn)在第一級葉輪對第二級的干擾上,第二級對第一級葉輪有干擾但是作用不明顯。軸向間距的減小則會使軸向間距內(nèi)產(chǎn)生較嚴重的渦流現(xiàn)象,增加渦流損失。而過大的軸向間距不僅會增加風機的軸向尺寸,還會造成壓力損失增加,導致風機壓力、流量以及效率均有所降低。
[Abstract]:Taking FBD8.0 as the research object, the internal flow field and its performance of four kinds of counter-rotating axial fan with different axial spacing were studied by using computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT. The results show that with the increase of axial distance between the two stage impellers, the efficiency of the cyclone first increases and then decreases, and the increase of the axial spacing decreases the mutual interference of the two stage impellers in a certain range, which is beneficial to the uniformity of the air flow. The interaction between the two stage impellers is mainly reflected in the interference of the first stage impellers to the second stage impellers, and the second stage impellers interfere with the first stage impellers but the effect is not obvious. The decrease of the axial distance will result in serious eddy current phenomenon and increase the eddy current loss. Too large axial spacing will not only increase the axial size of fan, but also cause pressure loss, resulting in lower fan pressure, flow rate and efficiency.
