射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥閥口沖蝕及閥特性變化的仿真研究

【摘要】:射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥具有可靠性高、結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性好等特點,已廣泛的應(yīng)用于航空、航天等領(lǐng)域,有全面取代其他伺服閥的趨勢。由于射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥內(nèi)部油液流動復(fù)雜、流動速度高,使得射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板電液伺服閥在高壓射流時容易受到顆粒物的沖蝕磨損,導(dǎo)致其性能下降甚至產(chǎn)生故障。因此對射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥沖蝕磨損及其影響的研究對伺服閥壽命預(yù)測、故障分析具有重要的意義。本文運(yùn)用理論分析與數(shù)值計算相結(jié)合的研究方法,針對某射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板電液伺服閥工作時油液中的顆粒對其前置級及主閥的沖蝕磨損進(jìn)行研究并就沖蝕磨損對伺服閥造成的影響進(jìn)行分析。第一章,闡述了射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板電液伺服閥沖蝕磨損及其影響研究的背景及意義,概述了兩級電液伺服閥的發(fā)展歷程及國內(nèi)外射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥的研究現(xiàn)狀以及沖蝕磨損的研究進(jìn)展尤其是沖蝕磨損在液壓領(lǐng)域的運(yùn)用及發(fā)展。第二章,介紹了射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板電液伺服閥的基本構(gòu)成、工作原理。概述固液兩相流中歐拉-拉格朗日方法并將其運(yùn)用在射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥沖蝕磨損中,描述顆粒物在運(yùn)動過程中所受到的力以及顆粒物的運(yùn)動軌跡;將計算流體動力學(xué)與沖蝕磨損理論相結(jié)合對高速射流油液中顆粒對射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥前置級及主滑閥的沖蝕磨損進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,預(yù)測沖蝕位置,計算沖蝕磨損率的大小并就不同尺寸的粒子對沖蝕磨損率的影響進(jìn)行分析。第三章,針對射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥不同的前置級結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)即射流噴嘴寬度、V形導(dǎo)流窗口夾角、射流盤厚度及偏轉(zhuǎn)板厚度對前置級兩接收孔壓差以及沖蝕磨損率的影響進(jìn)行分析;依據(jù)計算數(shù)值建立沖蝕磨損后伺服閥前置級的結(jié)構(gòu),對沖蝕磨損后的前置級流場進(jìn)行數(shù)值計算,研究沖蝕磨損對偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥前置級接收孔壓差及零位壓力增益的影響。第四章,對沖蝕磨損前后的前置級兩接受孔壓差曲線進(jìn)行擬合,獲得兩接收孔的壓差與偏轉(zhuǎn)板位移之間的關(guān)系;對射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥的各主要組成部分進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,采用AMEsim建立射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥的整體模型,將擬合曲線與AMEsim模型結(jié)合,研究沖蝕磨損前后射流偏轉(zhuǎn)板伺服閥閥芯位移,空載流量的變化。最后,對本論文主要的研究工作及成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),對本研究中的不斷完善和進(jìn)一步研究的內(nèi)容做了展望。
[Abstract]:The jet deflection plate servo valve has the characteristics of high reliability and good structural and technological properties. It has been widely used in aviation, aerospace and other fields, and has the tendency to replace other servo valves. Because of the complex flow and high velocity of oil in the servo valve of jet deflector, the electro-hydraulic servo valve of jet deflection plate is vulnerable to erosion and wear by particles, which leads to the deterioration of performance and even the failure of the valve. Therefore, the study on erosion and wear of jet deflector servo valve and its influence is of great significance to the life prediction and fault analysis of servo valve. In this paper, the method of combining theoretical analysis with numerical calculation is used. The erosion wear of the front stage and the main valve of a jet deflection plate electro-hydraulic servo valve was studied and the effect of erosion wear on the servo valve was analyzed. In the first chapter, the background and significance of the research on erosion and wear of electro-hydraulic servo valve with jet deflector are described. The development history of two-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve, the research status of jet deflector servo valve at home and abroad and the research progress of erosion wear, especially the application and development of erosion wear in hydraulic field are summarized. In the second chapter, the basic structure and working principle of electro-hydraulic servo valve of jet deflector are introduced. The Euler-Lagrangian method in solid-liquid two-phase flow is introduced and applied to the erosion and wear of jet deflector servo valve to describe the force and trajectory of particles in the course of motion. Combined with computational fluid dynamics and erosion wear theory, the erosion wear of front stage and main slide valve of jet deflector servo valve in high speed jet oil was numerically simulated, and the erosion position was predicted. The size of erosion wear rate was calculated and the influence of particles of different sizes on erosion wear rate was analyzed. In the third chapter, the influence of jet nozzle width and V shape flow guide window angle, jet disc thickness and deflection plate thickness on pressure difference and erosion wear rate of the two receiving holes in front stage are analyzed according to the different front stage structure parameters of jet deflection plate servo valve. According to the calculation value, the structure of the front stage of the servo valve after erosion wear is established, and the flow field of the front stage after erosion wear is numerically calculated, and the effect of erosion wear on the pressure difference of the receiving hole and the zero pressure gain of the front stage of the deflection plate servo valve is studied. In chapter 4, the pressure difference curve between the front stage and the two receiving holes before and after erosion wear is fitted to obtain the relationship between the pressure difference of the two receiving holes and the displacement of the deflection plate, and the main components of the jet deflector servo valve are modeled mathematically. The integral model of jet deflection plate servo valve was established by AMEsim. The fitting curve was combined with AMEsim model to study the change of valve core displacement and no-load flow rate before and after erosion wear. Finally, the main research work and results of this paper are summarized, and the continuous improvement and further research contents are prospected.
