【摘要】：考慮輸送機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、載荷、材料性能等的隨機(jī)性,以結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度為目標(biāo)或約束,給出兩類可靠性優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)模型。應(yīng)用一次可靠度方法,研究雙循環(huán)方法、單循環(huán)方法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步改進(jìn),提出了可靠性優(yōu)化求解的混合循環(huán)方法。最后,以某輸送機(jī)的齒輪傳動系為對象,進(jìn)行可靠性優(yōu)化建模、求解;結(jié)果表明:可靠性優(yōu)化方案既實(shí)現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)的減重,又提高結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性,滿足了設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)要求;提出的混合循環(huán)法,保證了可靠度計(jì)算精度的同時(shí),具有較高的計(jì)算效率。
[Abstract]:Considering the randomness of the structural size, load and material performance of the conveyor, two kinds of reliability optimization design models are presented, with the structural reliability as the target or constraint. Using the method of primary reliability, the double cycle method and the single cycle method are studied. On the basis of this, a hybrid cycle method for reliability optimization is proposed. Finally, taking the gear transmission system of a certain conveyer as the object, the reliability optimization model is established and solved. The results show that the reliability optimization scheme not only realizes the weight loss of the structure, but also improves the reliability of the structure, and meets the requirements of the design index. The proposed hybrid cycle method ensures the accuracy of reliability calculation and has high calculation efficiency.
