基于Halbach排列的擺線永磁齒輪

【摘要】:擺線永磁齒輪是通過內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子本身自轉(zhuǎn)和公轉(zhuǎn)來傳遞轉(zhuǎn)速,可以獲得較高的傳動比和轉(zhuǎn)矩密度。為改善漏磁、提高永磁體利用率,將永磁體采用Halbach排列,根據(jù)其工作原理設(shè)計制造了一臺樣機(jī)。通過有限元模擬擺線永磁齒輪的磁場分布和靜態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)矩特性。與一般結(jié)構(gòu)相比,采用90°Halbach結(jié)構(gòu)時最大轉(zhuǎn)矩密度的平均值可提高30%左右,且最大轉(zhuǎn)矩密度的波動較小,傳動更平穩(wěn)。最后,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)分別測試轉(zhuǎn)子不同轉(zhuǎn)角時的傳動轉(zhuǎn)矩,所得結(jié)果與模擬結(jié)果比較吻合。結(jié)果表明基于Halbach排列的擺線永磁齒輪可以有效的改善漏磁現(xiàn)象,獲得更高的轉(zhuǎn)矩密度。
[Abstract]:The cycloidal permanent magnet gear transfers the rotational speed through the rotation and rotation of the inner rotor itself, which can obtain higher transmission ratio and torque density. In order to improve magnetic flux leakage and improve the utilization ratio of permanent magnets, a prototype was designed and manufactured according to the working principle of the permanent magnets arranged by Halbach. The magnetic field distribution and static torque characteristics of cycloid permanent magnet gear were simulated by finite element method. Compared with the general structure, the average maximum torque density of 90 擄Halbach structure can be increased by about 30%, and the fluctuation of the maximum torque density is smaller and the transmission is more stable. Finally, the torque of the rotor with different rotation angles is measured by experiments, and the results are in good agreement with the simulation results. The results show that cycloidal permanent magnetic gears based on Halbach arrangement can effectively improve magnetic flux leakage and obtain higher torque density.
