【摘要】：產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是企業(yè)效益的源泉,針對螺旋傘齒輪,首先分析其生產(chǎn)工藝流程;然后,應用統(tǒng)計過程控制(SPC)理論與方法,確定質(zhì)量改進關(guān)鍵點,并分析其過程能力,制定質(zhì)量改進措施與方案;最后,對關(guān)鍵工序熱處理進行回歸分析和全因子試驗設計,以尋求影響熱處理因素:滲碳溫度、滲碳保溫時間、淬火溫度、回火溫度、回火保溫時間等的最優(yōu)組合及其各因素對齒面硬度的影響趨勢。通過此項目的成功實施,降低了螺旋傘齒輪的不合格品率,提高了顧客滿意度,效果顯著。
[Abstract]:The product quality is the source of the enterprise benefit. The production process of spiral bevel gear is analyzed firstly, and then the key point of quality improvement is determined by using the theory and method of statistical process control (SPC), and its process capability is analyzed. Finally, regression analysis and full-factor test design are carried out to find out the factors affecting heat treatment: Carburizing temperature, Carburizing holding time, quenching temperature, tempering temperature, etc. The optimum combination of tempering time and its influence on tooth surface hardness. Through the successful implementation of this project, the rate of unqualified products of spiral bevel gears is reduced, customer satisfaction is improved, and the effect is remarkable.
