液壓管件數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立及管路布局輔助系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)

【摘要】:管路布局在液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中占有重要地位,提高管路布局的自動化程度一直是研究熱點(diǎn)。隨著計算機(jī)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,管路的設(shè)計也從圖紙搬上了屏幕,并逐漸從二維設(shè)計發(fā)展到三維設(shè)計。目前流行的三維設(shè)計軟件所提供的管道命令粒度較小,與液壓管路布局過程所需命令不能直接匹配,使用時需要進(jìn)行一些固定組合;液壓管路設(shè)計過程中所需的管接頭、管夾標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件數(shù)據(jù)庫還未得到完善,難以滿足實(shí)際需求;且布局時的一些實(shí)用參數(shù)需要設(shè)計師手動測量,管夾布置的推薦規(guī)則亦需設(shè)計師手動實(shí)現(xiàn)。該設(shè)計過程中存在許多程序性的重復(fù)勞動,使設(shè)計效率難以得較大提高,導(dǎo)致競爭優(yōu)勢不足。通過分析國內(nèi)外液壓管路布局計算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展過程和現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)出其設(shè)計過程中存在的一些不足,使用特征建模與參數(shù)化設(shè)計相結(jié)合的理論,對三維設(shè)計軟件Pro/E進(jìn)行了二次開發(fā),以提高液壓管路設(shè)計的自動化程度。首先介紹了特征建模和參數(shù)化設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)理論,并對二者的結(jié)合使用作了必要的闡述;然后對液壓用管接頭進(jìn)行了分類與總結(jié),查閱設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立各種管接頭的三維模型用以完善其數(shù)據(jù)庫;通過研究液壓管路系統(tǒng)中常用的連接方式,分析其形狀特征,以實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計時連接模型的快速生成;同時建立了液壓用管夾標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件數(shù)據(jù)庫,并將管夾配置的推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)集成到程序中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了管夾的自動配置;最后,分析管路系統(tǒng)各部分元件的特點(diǎn),開發(fā)出“元件統(tǒng)計”的功能,方便后續(xù)實(shí)際的取件、加工和裝配過程。分析研究Pro/E所提供的二次開發(fā)方法,結(jié)合開發(fā)目的和所要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,確定出基于族表、UDF和Pro/Toolkit的開發(fā)方法。族表方法用于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和完善;UDF方法用于由參數(shù)驅(qū)動的特征建模,實(shí)現(xiàn)常用連接方式的快速生成;Pro/Toolkit是一個工具包,內(nèi)部包含的功能函數(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)提取、規(guī)則集成、菜單定制等一系列功能,其使用在整個開發(fā)過程中均有涉及。族表和UDF的設(shè)計在win7系統(tǒng)下的Pro/E5.0中進(jìn)行,Pro/Toolkit中的功能函數(shù)作為Pro/E二次開發(fā)的無縫接口,需在VS2008平臺上編寫代碼并生成可運(yùn)行的DLL應(yīng)用程序。同時,根據(jù)程序特點(diǎn)定制出所需的輔助文件和人機(jī)界面,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)開發(fā)結(jié)果在Pro/E5.0平臺上的運(yùn)行。所有開發(fā)內(nèi)容共同組成了“液壓管路布局輔助系統(tǒng)”,將其應(yīng)用到某液壓系統(tǒng)中來輔助管路布局,取得了良好效果。設(shè)計過程實(shí)現(xiàn)了部分設(shè)計命令與管路布局的直接匹配,提高了設(shè)計效率,并增強(qiáng)了競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Pipeline layout plays an important role in hydraulic system design. With the development of computer technology, the design of pipeline has moved from drawing to screen, and gradually developed from two-dimensional design to three-dimensional design. The current popular 3D design software provides a relatively small particle size of pipeline commands, which can not be directly matched with the commands required in the process of hydraulic piping layout, and some fixed combinations are needed when using; the pipe connectors required in the process of hydraulic pipe design, The database of standard parts of pipe clamps is not perfect, it is difficult to meet the actual demand, and some practical parameters in layout need to be measured manually by designers, and the recommended rules of pipe clamps are also required to be realized manually by designers. In the design process, there are a lot of procedural repeated work, which makes it difficult to improve the design efficiency, leading to the lack of competitive advantage. Based on the analysis of the development process and present situation of CAD system for hydraulic pipeline layout at home and abroad, some shortcomings in the design process are summarized, and the theory of combining characteristic modeling with parametric design is used. In order to improve the automation degree of hydraulic pipe design, the three dimensional design software Pro/E is redeveloped. The basic theory of feature modeling and parameterized design is introduced, and the combination of them is expounded, then the hydraulic pipe joint is classified and summarized. According to the design standard, the 3D model of pipe joint is built to perfect its database, and the shape characteristic is analyzed by studying the common connection mode in hydraulic pipe system, so as to realize the rapid generation of connection model. At the same time, the database of standard parts of hydraulic pipe clamp is established, and the recommended standard of pipe clip configuration is integrated into the program to realize the automatic configuration of pipe clip. Finally, the characteristics of each part of the pipe system are analyzed, and the function of "component statistics" is developed. Easy to follow up the actual parts, processing and assembly process. The secondary development method provided by Pro/E is analyzed and studied. Combined with the purpose of development and the function to be realized, the development method based on family table UDFs and Pro/Toolkit is determined. The family table method is used to establish and perfect the standard part database and the UDF method is used to model the feature driven by parameters. The rapid generation of the common connection way is realized by Prop Toolkit. The functions contained inside can be used to extract parameters and integrate rules. Menu customization and a series of functions, its use in the entire development process are involved. The design of family table and UDF is carried out in Pro/E5.0 under win7 system. The function function in Pro-Toolkit is used as the seamless interface of Pro/E secondary development. It is necessary to write code on VS2008 platform and generate running DLL application program. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the program, the required auxiliary files and man-machine interface are customized, and finally the development results are implemented on the Pro/E5.0 platform. All the development contents constitute a "hydraulic pipeline layout auxiliary system", which is applied to a hydraulic system to assist the pipeline layout, and good results have been obtained. The design process realizes the direct matching between some design commands and pipeline layout, improves the design efficiency and enhances the competitive advantage.
