【摘要】：為彌補(bǔ)現(xiàn)有硬聚氯乙烯管道纏繞設(shè)備的纏繞尺寸精度不夠、管道成型后切面質(zhì)量不高等缺陷,研究一種新的切應(yīng)力補(bǔ)償大口徑硬聚氯乙烯管道纏繞機(jī)。該裝置主要由驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、成型模架、切割裝置等組成。保證管道割口與管道中心線垂直,自識(shí)別完成切割,管道切割后切面質(zhì)量高。設(shè)計(jì)的成型輥按一定切向角結(jié)構(gòu)安裝。提出新的切應(yīng)力補(bǔ)償成型原理,實(shí)現(xiàn)切應(yīng)力的實(shí)時(shí)補(bǔ)償,保證纏繞PVC-U管道精度。并對(duì)其性能進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試與數(shù)據(jù)分析,實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,該纏繞機(jī)各項(xiàng)性能達(dá)到預(yù)期要求,安全穩(wěn)定性高,操作簡(jiǎn)單,能夠應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:In order to make up the existing hard PVC pipe winding equipment winding precision is not enough, after the section of pipe forming higher quality defects, a new shear stress compensation of large diameter hard PVC pipe winding machine. The device is mainly composed of a driving device, molding mold, cutting device and other components. Ensure the pipeline cutting and pipe center line vertical self recognition complete cutting, cutting the pipe section after high quality. The forming roller design according to a certain angle to cut installation structure. New cutting principle of the stress compensation molding, real-time compensation shear stress, ensure winding PVC-U pipe accuracy. And analysis, testing and experimental data on the performance of experiments prove that the winding machine performance to achieve the desired requirements, safety, high stability, simple operation, which can be used in production practice.
