集中潤滑故障檢測與診斷系統(tǒng)開發(fā)

【摘要】:集中潤滑是減少摩擦、降低磨損、節(jié)約能耗的重要方法,已成為車輛、機械設(shè)備和生產(chǎn)線的主要輔助裝置。在節(jié)能降耗、高可靠性、高自動化方向發(fā)展的背景下,這些設(shè)備對潤滑也提出了更高的要求。但現(xiàn)有集中潤滑系統(tǒng)工作狀態(tài)無法實時檢測,出現(xiàn)故障不能及時被發(fā)現(xiàn)和快速定位,設(shè)備的潤滑可靠性得不到保障。因此迫切需要開展集中潤滑系統(tǒng)在線檢測與故障診斷技術(shù)研究。本文在鄭州奧特科技有限公司研制的AR60系列和ALP100系列集中潤滑系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上開展研究,利用虛擬儀器技術(shù),基于LabVIEW軟件開發(fā)平臺進行集中潤滑檢測與故障診斷系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)研究。其主要工作及成果如下:(1)結(jié)合工程實際及大量國內(nèi)外文獻,系統(tǒng)并深入地研究了集中潤滑系統(tǒng)的各種形式,分析了系統(tǒng)主要部件的結(jié)構(gòu)組成、工作原理和控制方法,總結(jié)了各種集中潤滑系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點。(2)以模塊化、閉環(huán)控制的思想設(shè)計了單點電控式油脂分配器及使用該分配器的集中潤滑系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)布線簡單靈活,可擴展性強,響應(yīng)迅速,工作可靠,具有單點控制、狀態(tài)反饋、故障定位等功能優(yōu)勢。(3)基于虛擬儀器技術(shù),對現(xiàn)有集中潤滑系統(tǒng)進行了結(jié)構(gòu)改造,添加了相應(yīng)的傳感器及其信號調(diào)理電路,采用NI公司的USB-6351數(shù)據(jù)采集器以及圖形化應(yīng)用開發(fā)平臺LabVIEW設(shè)計開發(fā)了集中潤滑裝置性能檢測平臺,實現(xiàn)了油路壓力、泵驅(qū)動電機電流、油脂分配器運行狀態(tài)等主要性能參數(shù)的在線檢測與數(shù)據(jù)記錄。(4)以上述檢測平臺為硬件基礎(chǔ),分析了該潤滑系統(tǒng)的故障機理,建立了故障樹診斷模型,并構(gòu)建出知識庫,提出了故障樹分析法與專家系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的潤滑系統(tǒng)故障診斷方法,用LabVIEW開發(fā)了上位機故障診斷系統(tǒng)界面。(5)通過實驗研究了4種常見故障工況下壓力和電流特性曲線的波形規(guī)律,結(jié)合分配器到位信號對比分析并提取了特征參數(shù),結(jié)果表明:本文提出的方法可以實現(xiàn)潤滑系統(tǒng)運行狀態(tài)的檢測與故障診斷。以上研究成果為集中潤滑及其故障檢測與診斷新產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)及優(yōu)化設(shè)計提供了理論和實踐的依據(jù),對于指導(dǎo)集中潤滑新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)具有一定的工程實用價值。
[Abstract]:Centralized lubrication is an important method to reduce friction, reduce wear and save energy consumption. It has become the main auxiliary device of vehicle, mechanical equipment and production line.In the background of energy saving, high reliability and high automation, these equipments also put forward higher requirements for lubrication.However, the existing centralized lubrication system can not be detected in real time, fault can not be detected and quickly located in time, and the lubrication reliability of the equipment can not be guaranteed.Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop centralized lubrication system online detection and fault diagnosis technology.On the basis of AR60 series and ALP100 series centralized lubricating system products developed by Zhengzhou Ott Technology Co., Ltd., this paper makes use of virtual instrument technology.Based on LabVIEW software development platform for centralized lubrication detection and fault diagnosis system development and research.The main work and results are as follows: (1) combined with engineering practice and a large number of domestic and foreign documents, the various forms of centralized lubrication system are systematically and deeply studied, and the structure, working principle and control method of the main components of the system are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of various centralized lubrication systems are summarized. (2) the single point electrically controlled grease distributor and the centralized lubrication system using this distributor are designed with the idea of modularization and closed-loop control. The system has simple and flexible wiring, strong expansibility and rapid response.It has the advantages of single point control, state feedback, fault location and so on. Based on the virtual instrument technology, the existing centralized lubrication system has been reconstructed, and the corresponding sensor and its signal conditioning circuit have been added.Using NI company's USB-6351 data collector and graphic application development platform LabVIEW, the performance test platform of centralized lubrication device is designed and developed, which realizes oil path pressure and pump driving motor current.On-line detection and data recording of main performance parameters such as the running state of grease distributor. (4) based on the above testing platform, the fault mechanism of the lubrication system is analyzed, the fault tree diagnosis model is established, and the knowledge base is constructed.This paper presents a fault diagnosis method of lubrication system combined with fault tree analysis and expert system. The interface of upper computer fault diagnosis system is developed with LabVIEW. The waveform law of pressure and current characteristic curves under four common fault conditions is studied by experiments.The characteristic parameters are extracted and compared with the signal in place of the distributor. The results show that the method presented in this paper can be used to detect and diagnose the running state of lubricating system.The above research results provide a theoretical and practical basis for the research and development and optimization design of new products for centralized lubrication, fault detection and diagnosis, and have a certain engineering practical value for guiding the development of new centralized lubrication products.
