基于SK7032大型螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子分段磨削實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在成形磨削幾何原理基礎(chǔ)上,基于SK7032螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子磨床提出大型螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子分段磨削技術(shù)。根據(jù)齒輪嚙合原理,分析砂輪刀具在分段磨削螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子時(shí)的空間包絡(luò)運(yùn)動(dòng)形式,建立轉(zhuǎn)子分段磨削刀位軌跡計(jì)算模型。在螺旋面加工中對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子分段磨削中產(chǎn)生的干涉進(jìn)行分析,并制定干涉消除的具體方案,達(dá)到刀位軌跡優(yōu)化。針對(duì)大型螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子分段磨削的功能要求開發(fā)了"螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子分段磨削計(jì)算軟件",參數(shù)化輸入并得出轉(zhuǎn)子分段磨削數(shù)控加工程序;根據(jù)生成的加工程序,在SK7032螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子磨床上進(jìn)行分段磨削試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了大型螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子分段磨削的可行性,為螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子的數(shù)控加工提供一種新的方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the geometric principle of forming grinding, a large screw rotor segmented grinding technology is proposed based on SK7032 screw rotor grinder.According to the gear meshing principle, the spatial envelope motion of grinding wheel tool in grinding screw rotor is analyzed, and the calculation model of cutter path of rotor section grinding is established.In helical surface machining, the interference generated in rotor grinding is analyzed, and the specific scheme of interference elimination is worked out to optimize the tool path.According to the functional requirements of segmental grinding of large screw rotors, a "calculation software for segmental grinding of screw rotors" was developed, which was parameterized and the NC machining program for rotor segmental grinding was obtained.The experiment of segmental grinding on SK7032 screw rotor grinder verifies the feasibility of segmental grinding of large screw rotor and provides a new method for NC machining of screw rotor.
