化工泵軸端密封研究

【摘要】:塔里木化肥裝置現(xiàn)有32臺高危介質(zhì)泵,主要輸送液氨、氨水、尿液等有毒介質(zhì),其主要特點是:輸送的介質(zhì)都為有毒有害介質(zhì),部分介質(zhì)容易汽化或結(jié)晶;對密封的要求較高,出現(xiàn)介質(zhì)泄漏容易引起環(huán)境污染和人員傷害,又有可能引起火災(zāi)爆炸等惡性事故,同時裝置的連續(xù)運行對泵的可靠性要求也高,需要設(shè)備長周期連續(xù)運行,從經(jīng)濟效益角度也需要機泵開展預(yù)知性維修,降低故障檢修的頻次以減低檢修維護(hù)費用,F(xiàn)有機泵的機械密封使用壽命短、故障率高,動靜環(huán)易碎裂、“O”圈易老化。論文分析了裝置所用機械密封的主要故障現(xiàn)象及其產(chǎn)生的原因,研究了泵的實際運行工況特征,論證并依據(jù)API682標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出了高危介質(zhì)泵機械密封的設(shè)計要求和新的改造設(shè)計方案,完成了相關(guān)設(shè)計計算和技術(shù)設(shè)計。依據(jù)高危介質(zhì)泵所輸送介質(zhì)的特點、密封腔體新設(shè)計全部采用雙端面密封,引入API682標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的PLAN01、11、13、14以及53B等輔助系統(tǒng)方案,“O”型圈全部采用杜邦全氟醚材質(zhì),彈簧采用哈C-276材質(zhì)、補償環(huán)和非補償環(huán)分別采用進(jìn)口石墨和碳化硅材質(zhì),輔助系統(tǒng)中的隔離液采用MOBIL DTE 732輕質(zhì)潤滑油,改造后效果明顯,機械使用壽命從最初的4000小時延長至近20000小時,大大提高了高危介質(zhì)泵保障生產(chǎn)的能力,大幅下降了檢維修次數(shù)、備件的消耗數(shù)量,避免了有毒介質(zhì)泄漏帶來的巨大安全風(fēng)險和隱患,經(jīng)濟效益可觀、明顯。
[Abstract]:The Tarim chemical fertilizer plant has 32 sets of high risk medium pumps, which mainly transport toxic media such as liquid ammonia, ammonia water, urine and so on. The main characteristics of these pumps are that the media transported are all toxic and harmful media, some of which are easy to vaporize or crystallize, and the requirements for sealing are high.The leakage of medium can easily cause environmental pollution and human injury, and it may also lead to serious accidents, such as fire and explosion. At the same time, the continuous operation of the device also requires high reliability of the pump, which requires the equipment to run continuously for a long period.From the point of view of economic benefit, it is necessary to carry out predictive maintenance and reduce the frequency of troubleshooting in order to reduce the maintenance cost.The mechanical seal of the existing machine pump has short service life, high failure rate, easy breakup of the dynamic and static rings, and easy aging of the "O" ring.This paper analyzes the main failure phenomena and causes of mechanical seal used in the device, studies the characteristics of the actual operating conditions of the pump, demonstrates and puts forward the design requirements of the mechanical seal of the high risk medium pump according to the API682 standard and the new design scheme of the revamping.Completed the related design calculation and technical design.According to the characteristics of the medium transported by the high risk medium pump, the new design of the sealing chamber adopts the double face seal, and the auxiliary system schemes such as PLAN01C11131314 and 53B are introduced in the API682 standard. The "O" ring is made of DuPont perfluoroether, all of which are made of DuPont perfluoroether.The spring is made of Ha-C-276, the compensation ring and the non-compensation ring are made of imported graphite and silicon carbide, respectively, and the isolating fluid of the auxiliary system is made of MOBIL DTE 732 light lubricating oil. The effect of the modification is obvious.The service life of the machinery has been extended from the initial 4000 hours to nearly 20000 hours, which has greatly improved the production capacity of the high risk medium pumps, greatly reduced the inspection and maintenance times, and the consumption of spare parts.The safety risk and hidden danger caused by toxic medium leakage are avoided, and the economic benefit is considerable and obvious.
