【摘要】：針對高速動壓滑動軸承實際工況,引入氣油兩相流密度模型和黏溫關(guān)系,建立變密度、變黏度的Reynolds方程和能量方程及相應(yīng)邊界條件。采用有限差分法聯(lián)立求解,得到不同轉(zhuǎn)速、含氣率、偏心率下油膜的溫度分布、壓力分布、密度分布及各靜特性參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:計入氣穴和熱效應(yīng)影響時,油膜的最大壓力、承載力、摩擦力均減小,端泄量增大,且轉(zhuǎn)速越高、含氣率和偏心率越大,影響越明顯。
[Abstract]:According to the actual working conditions of high speed hydrodynamic sliding bearing, the Reynolds equation and energy equation of variable density and viscosity and the corresponding boundary conditions are established by introducing the gas-oil two-phase flow density model and the relationship between viscosity and temperature.The temperature distribution, pressure distribution, density distribution and static characteristic parameters of the oil film under different rotational speed, gas holdup and eccentricity are obtained by using the finite difference method.The results show that the maximum pressure, bearing capacity and friction force of the oil film decrease, and the end discharge increases with the effect of cavitation and heat effect. The higher the rotational speed, the greater the gas content and eccentricity, and the more obvious the effect is.
