【摘要】：以單列球面滾子軸承為研究對(duì)象,采用基于數(shù)值離散的切片法,綜合考慮了球面滾子結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、軸承內(nèi)圈偏轉(zhuǎn)以及彈流潤(rùn)滑效應(yīng)的影響,建立了單列球面滾子軸承徑向綜合剛度的計(jì)算模型.利用Matlab編程,通過數(shù)值計(jì)算的方法,研究了滾子輪廓半徑、內(nèi)圈偏轉(zhuǎn)角、軸承轉(zhuǎn)速、徑向外載荷、彈流潤(rùn)滑等因素對(duì)軸承徑向剛度的影響規(guī)律.研究結(jié)果表明,單列球面滾子軸承的徑向剛度隨著徑向外載荷、內(nèi)圈偏轉(zhuǎn)角的增大而增大,隨著軸承轉(zhuǎn)速、滾子輪廓半徑的增大而減小.
[Abstract]:Taking single row spherical roller bearing as the research object, the influence of spherical roller structure parameter, bearing inner ring deflection and elastohydrodynamic lubrication effect is considered synthetically by slice method based on numerical discretization.The calculation model of radial comprehensive stiffness of single row spherical roller bearing is established.By means of Matlab programming and numerical calculation, the effects of roller profile radius, deflection angle of inner ring, bearing speed, radial external load and elastohydrodynamic lubrication on the radial stiffness of bearings are studied.The results show that the radial stiffness of single row spherical roller bearing increases with the increase of radial external load and the deflection angle of inner ring, and decreases with the increase of bearing speed and roller profile radius.
