新型濾芯質(zhì)量性能檢測及評價方法

【摘要】:介紹了新型材料濾芯結構完整和過濾性能的測試與評價方法。濾芯結構完整性試驗臺可以很好的測定濾芯的初始冒泡點、群泡點、最大孔徑及其位置,平均孔徑,濾芯阻力等性能參數(shù),最大孔徑與平均孔徑的比值可作為濾芯結構完整性可接受性的重要參考指標。DT-100多通試驗臺能測量全生命周期內(nèi)的過濾精度、過濾比、流阻特性、納污容量及過濾性能穩(wěn)定性等濾芯性能參數(shù),通過數(shù)據(jù)擬合模型,可對濾芯的壽命、過濾效率等重要參數(shù)做出預測。該方法也可適用于濾芯生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量控制、新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、用戶產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量復檢。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the testing and evaluating method of the structure integrity and filtration performance of the new material. The filter element structural integrity test bench can measure the initial bubble point, the group bubble point, the maximum aperture and its location, and the average pore size of the filter element. The performance parameters such as filter resistance and the ratio of maximum aperture to average aperture can be used as an important reference index for the acceptability of structural integrity of filter element .DT-100 multipass test rig can measure the filtration accuracy, filtration ratio and flow resistance characteristics in the whole life cycle. The filter core performance parameters, such as sewage absorption capacity and filter performance stability, can be predicted by data fitting model, such as filter life, filtration efficiency and other important parameters. This method can also be applied to the production quality control of filter elements and the development of new products. Customer product quality review.
