【摘要】：針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的少齒差傳動(dòng)裝置承載能力和運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)性等問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型小模數(shù)少齒差行星輪減速器.該減速器具有均載分流、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、響應(yīng)迅速等優(yōu)點(diǎn).為了揭示其結(jié)構(gòu)與傳動(dòng)特性的關(guān)系,運(yùn)用SolidWorks軟件建立了減速器的三維模型,并導(dǎo)入ADAMS軟件中,構(gòu)建了虛擬樣機(jī)模型并進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真,模擬減速器在工作中嚙合力在時(shí)域和頻域上的動(dòng)態(tài)變化曲線,同時(shí)輸出其他運(yùn)動(dòng)物理參數(shù)曲線.得到仿真結(jié)果與理論計(jì)算值大致吻合,驗(yàn)證了虛擬樣機(jī)仿真的正確性.表明本新型少齒差行星輪減速器設(shè)計(jì)的合理性與可靠性,同時(shí)為以后小模數(shù)少齒差行星輪減速器的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論指導(dǎo).
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of load carrying capacity and running smoothness of the existing low tooth difference transmission, a new type of small modulus and less tooth difference star wheel reducer is designed. The reducer has the characteristics of uniform load distribution, stable operation, and so on. In order to reveal the relationship between the structure and the transmission characteristics, the three-dimensional model of the reducer is established by using SolidWorks software, and the virtual prototype model is built into the ADAMS software, and the kinematics and dynamics simulation is carried out. The dynamic curve of meshing force in time domain and frequency domain is simulated, and other kinematic physical parameter curves are outputted at the same time. The simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical results. The correctness of the virtual prototype simulation is verified, and the rationality and reliability of the design of the new type of star-wheel reducer with less tooth difference are proved, and the theoretical guidance is provided for the optimization design of the star-wheel reducer with small modulus and less tooth difference in the future.
