大型齒環(huán)齒形檢測的機(jī)器視覺系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:齒環(huán)的結(jié)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜,手工檢測齒形程序繁瑣,目前的自動化機(jī)器視覺檢測系統(tǒng)在大型齒環(huán)高精度檢測方面存在致命的缺陷,這是由于齒環(huán)半徑較大,拍照區(qū)域也較大,即便是高像素的面陣相機(jī)在這種情況下的檢測精度也會顯著降低,不能滿足高精度的要求。針對這個(gè)齒形檢測的難題,該機(jī)器視覺檢測系統(tǒng)是對齒環(huán)齒距、齒高、斜齒等缺陷特征進(jìn)行深入研究,利用Delphi軟件開發(fā)工具,開發(fā)出一套高精度識別缺陷的機(jī)器視覺檢測算法,通過使用線陣相機(jī)和線掃描齒形區(qū)域的方法,能夠快速有效的檢測大型同步器齒環(huán)的齒形缺陷及對應(yīng)尺寸,在對齒環(huán)需求量較大的今天,有著非常重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The structure of the ring is quite complex, the manual inspection procedure is cumbersome, and the current automated machine vision inspection system has fatal defects in the high-precision inspection of the large ring, which is due to the larger radius of the ring and the larger photographing area.Even the area array camera with high pixel can not meet the requirement of high precision.Aiming at the difficult problem of tooth shape detection, the machine vision detection system is to study the defect characteristics of gear ring tooth pitch, tooth height and oblique tooth in depth, and develop a set of machine vision detection algorithm with high accuracy by using Delphi software development tool.By using linear array camera and linear scanning method, the defect of tooth shape and the corresponding size of large synchronizer gear ring can be detected quickly and effectively. It has very important practical value in today's high demand for gear ring.
