【摘要】：依據(jù)前期研究的四行星齒輪泵的流量脈動特性為基礎(chǔ),建立了相應(yīng)的壓力脈動數(shù)學(xué)模型.對齒輪泵的壓力脈動進(jìn)行了理論和仿真研究,求得了相同理論流量和轉(zhuǎn)速及工作壓力下的傳統(tǒng)齒輪泵和四行星齒輪泵的壓力脈動載荷.根據(jù)所求得的壓力脈動載荷,采用Workbench軟件對齒輪泵軸進(jìn)行了瞬態(tài)和疲勞壽命分析.通過對比分析證明四行星齒輪泵的壓力脈動減小10倍以上,齒輪軸的疲勞壽命提高280.7%~325%.
[Abstract]:Based on the flow pulsation characteristics of the four-planet gear pump, a corresponding mathematical model of pressure pulsation is established. The theoretical and simulation study on pressure fluctuation of gear pump is carried out. The pressure pulsation loads of traditional gear pumps and four-planet gear pumps with the same theoretical flow rate, rotational speed and working pressure are obtained. The transient and fatigue life of gear pump shaft is analyzed by Workbench software. It is proved that the pressure pulsation of four planet gear pump is reduced by more than 10 times, and the fatigue life of gear shaft is increased by 280.7 and 325 times.
