塔式起重機起重臂力學(xué)性能比較研究及優(yōu)化

【摘要】:塔式起重機(塔機)是廣泛應(yīng)用于高層建筑、電站施工、水利建設(shè)以及造船等部門的一種重要的施工機械。起重臂是塔機的重要結(jié)構(gòu)件之一,其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是否合理,對整機性能有較大影響。隨著塔機朝著大起重量、大工作幅度方向的發(fā)展,起重臂的結(jié)構(gòu)形式在傳統(tǒng)雙吊點臂架的基礎(chǔ)上衍生出了兩種新型結(jié)構(gòu)形式的臂架——雙吊點帶撐桿整體式臂架和雙吊點帶撐桿分段式臂架。目前國內(nèi)外廠家采用這兩種新型結(jié)構(gòu)形式的臂架還較少,更缺乏對這三種臂架系統(tǒng)力學(xué)性能的對比分析以及新型臂架結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化研究。本文以三種不同結(jié)構(gòu)形式的起重臂為研究對象,對不同結(jié)構(gòu)臂架系統(tǒng)間力學(xué)性能的對比以及臂架結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化等方面進行了研究。論文主要工作如下:(1)研究了起重臂內(nèi)力的計算方法。建立了雙吊點帶撐桿整體式起重臂的計算模型,采用單位力法結(jié)合圖乘法給出了拉桿內(nèi)力以及臂架內(nèi)力的計算公式。(2)開發(fā)了基于MATLAB/GUIDE的塔機起重臂力學(xué)性能計算軟件,并以某型號的雙吊點帶撐桿分段式起重臂為算例,驗證了軟件的編程思路,測試了軟件的各項功能。(3)基于塔機起重臂力學(xué)性能計算軟件對三種不同結(jié)構(gòu)形式的臂架在相同起重性能、相同典型工況下的力學(xué)性能進行了比較研究,包括臂架應(yīng)力、拉桿拉力以及塔帽軸向力。(4)基于ANSYS的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸優(yōu)化模塊對某型號的雙吊點帶撐桿整體式起重臂進行了結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計。優(yōu)化中以臂架應(yīng)力的不均衡度為目標(biāo)對各吊點以及各鉸點的位置進行了優(yōu)化,優(yōu)化效果明顯。
[Abstract]:Tower crane (tower crane) is widely used in high-rise buildings, power plant construction, water conservancy construction, shipbuilding and other departments of an important construction machinery. Has a great impact on the performance of the whole machine. With the development of tower crane toward the direction of large lifting weight and large working amplitude, On the basis of the traditional double lifting point boom, the structure form of the lifting arm is derived from two new types of brace, namely, the integral brace with double lifting point brace and the segmented arm with double lifting point brace, which are adopted by domestic and foreign manufacturers at present. There are fewer armbands in two new types of structures. Moreover, the comparative analysis of the mechanical properties of the three kinds of boom systems and the optimization of the new type of boom structure are lacking. In this paper, three different types of boom are taken as the object of study. In this paper, the comparison of mechanical properties and the optimization of boom structure between different structures are studied. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) the calculation method of internal force of lifting arm is studied, and the integral type of double lifting point with bracing rod is established. The calculation model of the lifting arm, The calculation formula of the internal force of pull rod and the internal force of boom is given by using unit force method and graph multiplication.) based on MATLAB/GUIDE, the calculation software of mechanical properties of lifting arm of tower crane is developed. The programming idea of the software is verified, and the functions of the software are tested. Based on the calculation software of the mechanical properties of the crane hoisting arm, the mechanical properties of three different types of boom under the same lifting performance and the same typical working condition are compared and studied. Including arm stress, Based on the structural dimension optimization module of ANSYS, the structural optimization design of a certain type of integral lifting arm with double lifting point and braced rod is carried out. In the optimization, the unbalance degree of the stress of the boom is taken as the target of the optimization. The point and the position of each hinge are optimized. The effect of optimization is obvious.
