【摘要】：本文首先介紹了凸輪在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的重要性,闡述了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)(CAD)技術(shù)在提高設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)效率等方面發(fā)揮的重要作用,分析了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外針對(duì)凸輪設(shè)計(jì)的CAD系統(tǒng)存在的專業(yè)性不強(qiáng)等問題,提出開發(fā)凸輪連桿組合機(jī)構(gòu)CAD系統(tǒng)的必要性,因此對(duì)基于SolidWorks的凸輪連桿參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)及CAD系統(tǒng)開發(fā)進(jìn)行了研究。1.凸輪連桿機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)學(xué)模型及運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律分析。針對(duì)凸輪連桿組合機(jī)構(gòu)的求解提出分級(jí)、分模塊設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法,為各類分級(jí)后的機(jī)構(gòu)編制程序模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)求解程序的通用化,對(duì)凸輪連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律曲線選用原則進(jìn)行了分析與研究。2.凸輪連桿組合機(jī)構(gòu)CAD系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。以SolidWorks為開發(fā)平臺(tái),Visual Studio2012為開發(fā)工具,VC++為編程語(yǔ)言,開發(fā)出一款針對(duì)凸輪連桿組合機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的CAD系統(tǒng),并在選定適合的參數(shù)化方法后,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)凸輪零件的參數(shù)化建模。3.對(duì)高速凸輪連桿機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)分析。討論高速凸輪的慣性沖擊對(duì)執(zhí)行末端精度的影響,理論分析了影響凸輪驅(qū)動(dòng)部分的振動(dòng)因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上就如何控制凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)振動(dòng)提出建議,并將部分減振措施融入到了開發(fā)的凸輪連桿組合機(jī)構(gòu)CAD系統(tǒng)中。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the importance of cam in various fields, and expounds the important role of CAD in improving the efficiency of design and production. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the CAD system designed for the cam at home and abroad, and points out the necessity of developing the CAD system of the cam connecting rod combination mechanism. Therefore, the parameterized design of cam linkage based on SolidWorks and the development of CAD system are studied. 1. The mathematical model and motion law of cam linkage mechanism are analyzed. Programming modules are compiled for all kinds of graded mechanisms to realize the generalization of the solution program. This paper analyzes and studies the principle of choosing the curve of cam linkage mechanism. 2. The development of CAD system of cam linkage combination mechanism. Taking SolidWorks as the development platform and Visual Studio2012 as the development tool, VC is used as the programming language. This paper develops a CAD system designed for the cam and connecting rod combination mechanism, and after selecting the suitable parameterization method, The parameterized modeling of cam parts is realized. The dynamic analysis of high-speed cam linkage mechanism is carried out. The influence of inertia impact of high speed cam on the precision of execution end is discussed, and the vibration factors affecting the driving part of cam are analyzed theoretically. On the basis of this, some suggestions on how to control the vibration of cam mechanism are put forward, and some damping measures are integrated into the CAD system of cam linkage combination mechanism developed.
