低溫絕熱氣瓶智能化檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:低溫絕熱氣瓶作為一種儲(chǔ)運(yùn)低溫液體的特種容器,因其充裝率高、使用方便、使用成本低等特點(diǎn),逐漸地取代了傳統(tǒng)高壓鋼制氣瓶,被廣泛的應(yīng)用在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、醫(yī)療和冶金等多個(gè)行業(yè)。近年來,由于其使用量逐漸增多,為確保低溫絕熱氣瓶在使用過程中的安全性和可靠性,因此需要進(jìn)行定期檢驗(yàn)。本文根據(jù)低溫絕熱氣瓶產(chǎn)生問題及失效模式的主要原因,結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)手工檢驗(yàn)的工藝流程和氣瓶檢驗(yàn)的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用檢驗(yàn)過程自動(dòng)化和檢驗(yàn)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的方法,設(shè)計(jì)了一套低溫絕熱氣瓶智能化檢驗(yàn)流程及其檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容有:(1)以江蘇省低溫絕熱設(shè)備產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心的低溫絕熱氣瓶檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目為研究背景,對(duì)低溫絕熱氣瓶智能化檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析,給出了低溫絕熱氣瓶智能化檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的具體檢驗(yàn)工藝與檢驗(yàn)流程,對(duì)低溫絕熱氣瓶的智能化檢驗(yàn)方案進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。(2)針對(duì)低溫絕熱氣瓶智能化檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的檢驗(yàn)流程,重點(diǎn)研究了氣密性試驗(yàn)、真空度檢測(cè)、靜態(tài)蒸發(fā)率測(cè)試三個(gè)關(guān)鍵工藝,采用組態(tài)王、SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫等軟件設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了氣密性試驗(yàn)子系統(tǒng)、真空度檢測(cè)子系統(tǒng)和靜態(tài)蒸發(fā)率測(cè)試子系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了氣密性、真空度和靜態(tài)蒸發(fā)率的智能化檢驗(yàn)和信息管理。(3)針對(duì)低溫絕熱氣瓶智能化檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)中的靜態(tài)蒸發(fā)率檢測(cè)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)的問題,為了縮短靜態(tài)蒸發(fā)率測(cè)試的時(shí)間、提高檢驗(yàn)效率,分別采用一元線性回歸和GM(1,1)模型進(jìn)行建模,對(duì)靜態(tài)蒸發(fā)率快速檢驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行了探索,通過實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析,驗(yàn)證了此方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:As a special container for storing and transporting low temperature liquid, low temperature adiabatic gas cylinder has been widely used in industrial production because of its high filling rate, convenient use, low cost and so on. In recent years, because of its increasing use, in order to ensure the safety and reliability of cryogenic adiabatic cylinders, So it is necessary to carry out periodic inspection. According to the problems caused by low temperature adiabatic gas cylinders and the main causes of failure modes, combined with the traditional manual inspection process and the national standard of gas cylinder inspection, By using the method of automation of inspection process and networking of inspection information, a set of intelligent inspection process and inspection system for low temperature adiabatic gas cylinder are designed. The main research contents are as follows: (1) based on the research background of the low temperature adiabatic cylinder inspection project of Jiangsu Province low temperature adiabatic equipment product quality supervision and inspection center, the detailed demand analysis of the low temperature adiabatic cylinder intelligent inspection system is carried out. The concrete inspection technology and inspection flow of the intelligent inspection system for the low temperature adiabatic cylinder are given. The intelligent inspection scheme of the low temperature adiabatic cylinder is designed. (2) the inspection flow of the intelligent inspection system for the low temperature adiabatic cylinder is designed. In this paper, three key technologies of air tightness test, vacuum test and static evaporation rate testing are studied emphatically. The subsystem of air tightness test is designed and implemented by using Kingview SQL Server database and other software. The vacuum measurement subsystem and the static evaporation rate test subsystem have realized the airtightness. To solve the problem of long detection time of static evaporation rate in the intelligent inspection system of low temperature adiabatic gas cylinder, in order to shorten the test time of static evaporation rate and improve the inspection efficiency, The linear regression model and GM-1) model are used to model the fast test method of static evaporation rate. The feasibility of this method is verified by the analysis of measured data.
