基于方差最小化原理的三維匹配數(shù)學建模與誤差分析

【摘要】:三維匹配是復雜曲面零件加工余量分配與輪廓誤差評估的基礎,現(xiàn)有方法難以克服固有測量缺陷(測點分布不均、密度不均、局部缺失等)對匹配精度的影響。提出一種基于方差最小化原理的三維匹配數(shù)學建模與計算方法,可線性求解運動變量,具有二次收斂性;研究方差最小化匹配與傳統(tǒng)TDM(Tangent distance minimization)匹配的等效條件,推導匹配參數(shù)誤差和測點位置誤差的定量表示;以葉片機器人磨拋視覺定位、螺旋槳槳葉加工余量分配、曲軸輪廓檢測等為例驗證所提方法,試驗表明方差最小化方法可解決匹配目標函數(shù)傾向于滿足高密度測點或噪音點平方距離最小化問題。
[Abstract]:3D matching is the basis of machining allowance allocation and contour error evaluation of complex curved surface parts. The existing methods can not overcome the inherent measuring defects (uneven distribution of measuring points and uneven density). A 3D matching mathematical modeling and calculation method based on variance minimization principle is proposed, which can solve motion variables linearly and has quadratic convergence. The equivalent conditions of variance minimization matching and traditional TDM(Tangent distance minimization matching are studied, and the quantitative representation of matching parameter error and measuring point position error is deduced. The test results show that the variance minimization method can solve the problem that the matching objective function tends to satisfy the problem of minimizing the square distance of high density measurement points or noise points.
